Overall place is good. Just need more staff in the entrance and in the counter since the place does tend to get busy. Also in the trampoline there needs to be someone looking since there is smaller kids and today I saw older kids doing flips and they can injured smaller children. Other than that my kids has fun.

Games are always fun for the kids. Downfall was only three people working. The guy that stamps the hands, cook and a cashier. Customer service was horrible. Waited 10 minutes for them to check our balance for the tickets and on top of that the cashier was in a rush to go home and also talking to the cook how another coworker was late and she was going to leave regardless if they showed up or not. There was quite a bit of people in there so I am assuming service would be worse. My daughter wasn’t even able to get the rest of her prizes from the tickets because she was in that much of a hurry. This is the second time we have come here and it’s been the same thing. Won’t be coming back.

Let's see, first of all this place has the worst of the worst service ever, the young staff looks like they been smoking weed all day, just to order it takes about 50 minutes or so plus another 45 minutes to go and complaint about your food, since its not ready yet, and once you get it, its overcooked. The owner needs to pay better attention to this place, and his employees.
