Great place to take the kids. But half of all the games were our of service or needed attention. Service has gotten worse over time.

They have gotten a lot better with their food over the years, especially since I was a kid. The wings, I wouldn’t recommend, you get about 6-8 pieces for 18.49 plus tax- a total rip of. Moreover, this place needs to be overhauled: it’s giving late 1990’s vibes. Overall, it’s a great activity to do with your kids.

My daughter had a blast. The animatronic Chuck E was broken and his head was wide open, but otherwise it was great!

Heard on the News that animatronics were going to be removed from all Chuck E. Cheese's soon and only one location would have them. My daughter has never seen them before and has been asking to see them. For her 6th birthday we wanted to surprise her. We booked at La mirada and realized they have already removed them from that location, was told that Norwalk might still have it. Called the Norwalk location and a very irritated/angry woman picked up the phone. I asked her "Do you guys still have the animatronics available for entertainment?" She didn't sound to sure like she knew what I was talking about she then said "yes" I asked "Do you know for how long you will have them?" She was so annoyed and said "no!" I then asked who I was speaking to because she was just so rude. She said her name was ERICA I asked are you ok you seem upset. She said "well your asking me questions I don't know anything about" I was shocked that a Chuck E. Cheese employee was upset/annoyed that someone was calling to ask questions about Chuck E. Cheese (mind blowing). I said well it was on the news and I just wanted to catch them before they were gone. She said "call corporate that's a question for them". I cannot believe that was the service I got for calling and asking a question about the facility she is working in. If she doesn't like her job she should quit, someone clearly pissed in Ms Erica's cheerios. To better Days Ms Erica (if that's even your real name) sorry I called on a bad day hope you find happiness soon you're a real Cunt.
