I have no idea why but they are always messing up my order. When they deliver the food, they always deliver half of the order. The delivery driver can never get it right. When I called the store to inform them this last time that they forgot three items the manager said that they could credit me my money back or deliver the food. I asked them to deliver the food and he literally took a deep breath on the phone like I was asking him to personally deliver the food to me.

I ordered online at 6:30 p.m. for a pick-up order. Order was to be ready in 14 -16 min. I got there at 7:00 and they haven't even started prepping! I asked the kid there to speak to a manager and he said he couldn't give out his/her name and said he, Miguel Jr, was acting manager for now. I will not be back. It finally was ready at 7:13 pm.

Ordered through the app for carryout and to hand it to me on my driver side. I followed the instructions and after it said it was “ready” I waited there for 10 minutes and no one came out. I went inside and told them the issue of me waiting and the guy stated I had to do it through the app for that service and I told him I did and followed the instructions with my hazards lights on and he just shrugged his shoulders. I’ve never had this issue before and the service was terrible. Also, the pizza was not hot due to waiting for a while for someone to bring out my pizza. Never again I’m I ordering from this place.
