These tacos are so good! I got an al pastor taco and an asada taco - really wish I would've gotten more. I had no idea they would be this good! Literally some of the BEST tacos i've ever had.

Just like the meat a Cortez carnicería, their taco place has great quality food. They prepare your food quick and with a lot of meat. The tortas are made with fresh bread so they run out quickly. The offer beans, and well as different types of salsas to choose from

Okay so I found out about this place less than a month ago and I've already been like five times and husband even brought his boss when he had a hankering for tacos - it's that good!I always get the tongue, cheek, and asada. They do not skimp on the meat! Salsa bar with a variety of veggies and sauces and also has a self serve beans and veggies station. It's high top seating only, not too many places to sit but we haven't had trouble getting a spot. Service is friendly and they're patient with me while I ask them what all the different types of tacos are!My only critique is that they don't have water cups.

This has nothing to do with the meat market. Went to purchase meat from El Cortez market today, decided to try "PRIME TACO" their New taqueria restaurant. Needless to say was not a huge fan of "Prime Taco" taqueria, in my opinion the (PT) was a miss for us. I had huge expectations, bc they have the best quality meat, I have found. I ordered carnita, prime ribeye, Cecina. My husband ordered prime ribeye, sonora taco, prime ribeye burrito. The meat was way over cooked, overly seasoned. The most disappointing was the Prime ribeye taco for 6.99. It's marinated in this seasoning(which taste close to their el pastor) and was overly saltEd. Couldn't tell you if it was actually ribeye bc the marinated was bright red also meat was very fatty. And the taco came with a piece of cheese on top, which did nothing for the taco. If Im pay 6.99 for a ribeye taco, I would like to taste the ribeye meat. had I known I would have just ordered el pastor taco. The over cooking the meat and seasoning, ruined this ribeye prime taco. I was going get there short rib taco, but they didn't have any. The cecina was nothing special and maybe should have been topped with requeson cheese. The carnitas was dry AH, did not have much flavor. My husband also got a ribeye burrito which he liked,but still had strong marinated flavor like the taco and very fatty. However the rice and beans were good(which I have found most place don't make good rice/beans). And helped the balance of strong marinated flavo. There salsa were good lots of flavors. Toward the end my husband over heard lot of people ordering the Chente taco(shredded check meat) it was a HIT. Juicy,tender, flavorful. Best thing we had there. if we eat there again that's what I'm ordering .. I believe it had more to with the preparation of the food and not the quality of the meats. Sorry I didn't take a picture.

The food here is great, the seating is tiny but cute. Also the salsa bar has a variety of toppings. The customer service is superb, nice and cleaned. Love the options of food

This place has the best strawberry agua and I was serviced by Kathya and she was amazing she even gave me a free piece of chicharron to try while I waited! Yummy food! Fresh water! Great prices. Service is the best!

Favorite taco spot! The staff is very friendly and it’s super fast service too. The only downside is the limited parking as it’s in a small strip mall. Other than that, I love the asada tacos and the prime rib tacos. There’s a topping bar on the side where you can put any toppings you’d like and there’s to go containers as well. Overall I highly recommend this place!
