El Marinero Family Restaurant

Being new in the City, stopped by on xmas eve to try their caldo de camarón, and it was so delicious I been going there ever since , I have been there for breakfast , for lunch ,for dinner and even a casual Saturday night drinks , and am never disappointed with the food , the service and the atmosphere there . My respects to the cooks and the variety of food dishes they have on the menu , the service is phenomenal , you don't need to speak the same language in order to enjoy good food and have good drinks after a longs day work in a place where the atmosphere is chill from the parking that's very abundant to the greetings when you walk in to the wait time of your table and food when you order , its the best 👌

Asked for Chile rellleno but got a pork burrito. I didn't mind the error because the waitress didn't know very much English. The salsa with the chips was tasteless. The meat tasted old and was tough, not shredded or savory. I only ate one bite of the meat. I did eat the miniscule rice and beans in the burrito but was still hungry. They charged full price of the meals. Definitely willNOT

Great customer service

Horrible place they stole from me. They overcharge me for two items and didn’t add the total amount correct over charging me 8 dollars. And I believe it’s not the first time that they have done this to me.

I have never been touched in a seafood restaurant that they served you a dish of aguachiles with 5 shrimp and the rest was pure onion and cucumber. I was disappointed and so expensive

My family and I have been coming here for the past 10 years! My I'll just send is now 9 years old and we have been taking him here on and off since he was a baby. My husband and I have been dating for 11 years before he proposed to me. We both been living together as boyfriend and girlfriend in Norwalk, where we always have lunch or dinner here because it's so close to home... We literally live behind this place about a few blocks down. It's our go-to restaurant when we both say," don't know what to have, what do you want?" For the past years that we've been coming here, the waitresses have always been so beautiful and very welcoming and kind. Their food changed this year( 2023)... It seems like their shrimp ceviche recipe has changed and the plates have got smaller, and they no longer put the Mexican flag toppers on the burritos to add pizzazz... I think little details like that always makes people want to come back... This year was a different experience for us because the wet burritos were still delicious but the ceviche and seafood was no longer the same... It feels as if They have changed chefs... Either that or management... All in all. We will continue to come here if the food is good... The moment services are no longer good and food no longer good. We will find another spot. Thank you for the many years and memories in this restaurant in Norwalk.

I was hoping to like this place. The food is mediocre. Mojo de ajo camaron is just grilled shrimp with peel, tail, and legs. No garlic flavor. Service is okay.
