This restaurant is the real deal!! We had the asada, chicharron and Chorizo w/ papa's gorditas. ALL OF THEM WERE AMAZING. We wanted to try more put they were so filling we are will have to make a return trip soon. The service is excellent as well, kind & friendly staff. There is enough seating for 30+ people but I can see this place filling up once the word gets out.A must try in Norwalk for fresh delicious Mexican food.

I love this place. La Baja is super convenient for all my truck drivers. This is the best place to get your food. Parking is super convenient. The service is top notch. They will get you in and out. Their Gorditas are the perfect on the go food. I highly recommend the chicharrón verde. But if you’re on the lighter side the vegetation option rajas con queso will not disappoint. Great flavor great price great service and easy access to my truckers on the go.

I stopped coming here because its not good. ONLY one id probably ever get again is the rajas. Its not bad but it just needs more flavor. The chicharon and the asada were just gross. If you want the chicharrón, expect soggy and unflavorful. If you get the asada you just made the biggest mistake. Its CHUNKS of unflavored meat that is very undercooked. I had to throw it away, the meat was too pink. I was expecting thinly sliced meat or at least some crispyness, looks like they took those big aa chunks from a water caldo.
Don’t double think this place. We were heading home from Disneyland and wanted some good food and seen this on google maps but no reviews. Glad we stopped by the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Best handmade gorditas in the area. Totally worth it!

Tried this place on Monday and it was absolutely fresh and delicious,, so good in fact that I told a few of my coworkers at UFC gym and they were all wanting to give it a try and in was a big thumbs up. We all loved our food !!!!!!!! And the hot sauce with the kick just elevates the Gordita !!!!! Definitely will be coming and back and possibly having them cater for us. That good enough said lol Try for yourself !!!! Bomb food happy crew

A couple of coworkers recommended this spot around the corner. The lady at the window was real nice. The gorditas here are the best I've ever had. I tried 4 of the meats here and they were all A1. The red sauce they give you on the side goes perfectly, it's real good. I'd recommend this to anyone. Best thing to add to every gordita, nopales.

Delicious and fresh. I recommend the rajas con queso and the chicharrones en salsa verde or roja both are equally delicious. Their camarón with avocado salsa is delicious as well and spicy. I first tried their delicious Gordita’s back in June and I have been craving them since. I drove out 30+ miles to have them again. And I took some home to the family. I will definitely be back!
