Gorditas La Baja Restaurant is a small, extremely clean eatery that serves a variety of delicious gorditas and bowls. The menu features 10 different gordita options, including carne asada, eggs and nopales, chicharrones with Chile Rojo, and more. The fillings are generous, with combinations of cheese, potatoes, beans, rice, and guacamole. The Chorizo Y Papas and asada options are highly recommended. In addition to gorditas, the restaurant offers nine different bowls with ample portions of fillings, as well as a plain fluffy tortilla. Don't miss the amazingly creamy flan, available at the front counter. The service is friendly, and the food comes quickly. Note that parking can be limited, but the restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
