The food is good. However, the customer service isn't. I had an experience here where I was charged twice and had to call my bank to cancel my first transaction because the cashier didn't want to give me a refund. He was actually rude about it and told me that he couldn't do anything and if I would like I could just walk away without the food. Honestly the customer service is terrible. Saying that it isn't good is not enough. I'm only giving it 3 stars because the food is actually tasty. Just bring cash on your visit to avoid a headache.

Went here for lunch to try for the first time. Staff was impolite, talking on phone casually while I'm trying to order my food, short and seemingly annoyed that I was even ordering?? Nevertheless, I let it go because I was hungry and on my lunch break. Food was decent until I noticed a little extra protein included in my meal. I'm giving 2 stars because I'm not heartless. S*** happens but this is just further negligence of customer care. I ended up getting sick for the next 2 days after this little uninvited add-on (vomiting, nausea, migraines, etc.) I'll be trying elsewhere moving forward.

The when I came to pick up my to go order they messed up my order and instead of giving me my proper order he wanted to charge me AGAIN Bc what I paid wasn't enough Bc the one I order was $1.35 cents more. Before he makes the correct order! It's called customer service just make the correct food and let it go.

Stumbled upon this spot right before going to the movies and was looking for some healthy options and and I'm really glad that I had because I ordered the chicken salad and it has to be one of the best chicken salads I've ever had and looking forward to having more of their items in the future.

I am really disappointed at Grill Town. I've been coming for years, when the little old lady was working at the front. They are very skimpy in their portions as you can see now. I try to support the small business in the area. But if it's going to be like this, I'll go somewhere else.
