A side of 4 tiny sausages cost like 8 bucks. How? The price wasnt even on the menu for side dishes. The pancakes were mediocre at best. Tried the steak too and it tasted dry. Order of 2 special pancake combos, a milkshake, and a side of 4 tiny sausages came around 70 bucks, plus a tip (got great customer service at least), so around 85 bucks. Not coming back.

We went in no wait they say us at a table right away and the waitress was very attentive. She took our order out it in and we had our hot plates in minutes. The food was great, the service was great and atmosphere was good.

Today will be my last time here I've kept trying to give you guys chance after chance alway walk in with good attitude, and excited and thinking today will be different. Sadly nope I've been coming to this IHop since 2022 and today i had another disappointed day.
Food is good and the service is great. I'm glad I came into the Norwalk IHOP. My server's name was Mayra P on my ticket. She was excellent. The restaurant was clean. The food was good and served hot. Prices are good considering the economy and prices of wages. Definitely a good place to eat.

After work I stop in and eat a couple of times a week. Mayra is always happy and smiling. Such a positive outlook and makes the customer feel comfortable. Takes my order right away. Food delivered to my table with a smile. This is the best of both worlds. Good food, Great Service.

The server never checked on usānot once. No one asked if we wanted to order more food or if everything was okay. We had to flag down a passing server just to ask for water, but they never brought it. Ten minutes later, we asked our own server, but still, no water. After serving every other table, they finally brought us the checkābut still no water. Only then could we request it again, and after the third request, we finally got it.
In the end, we didnāt receive any water until more than 25 minutes after we finished our meal. A restaurant that doesnāt even serve water? Thatās beyond shocking.
I didnāt want to leave a tip at all, but since they at least brought the food, I reluctantly did.
On top of that, I ordered over-medium eggs, but they served me over-easy eggs. When I pointed it out, they insisted they were right. Maybe they need to learn the definition of over-medium eggsāfrom ChatGPT, perhaps.
