The server never checked on us—not once. No one asked if we wanted to order more food or if everything was okay. We had to flag down a passing server just to ask for water, but they never brought it. Ten minutes later, we asked our own server, but still, no water. After serving every other table, they finally brought us the check—but still no water. Only then could we request it again, and after the third request, we finally got it.
In the end, we didn’t receive any water until more than 25 minutes after we finished our meal. A restaurant that doesn’t even serve water? That’s beyond shocking.
I didn’t want to leave a tip at all, but since they at least brought the food, I reluctantly did.
On top of that, I ordered over-medium eggs, but they served me over-easy eggs. When I pointed it out, they insisted they were right. Maybe they need to learn the definition of over-medium eggs—from ChatGPT, perhaps.
This was an incredibly disappointing experience.

Where to even start, I’ve never in my life left a negative review for any establishment no matter how bad the service. The waitress waited almost 10 minutes to take my order and she was extremely snappy about me taking more than one minute to tell her what I wanted so I just ordered biscuits and gravy and asked for the check. When I went to use the restroom the lights were out and the floor was covered in piss that I almost slipped in, as soon as I sat down my food was already ready, suspiciously fast, I made a comment about the biscuits being oddly flat and she shrugged it off. I took one bite and it was just straight dough.
Long time ihop fan but my experience at this one location is gonna make me a dennys guy from here on out. Absolutely god awful.

came for brunch, plenty of open seats, sat us as soon as we came in, good enough parking outside, clean environment, prices are OK, portions are good, server kept checking in on us, food is tasty and flavorful. would come again for the experience.

I want to leave 5 stars all around because the service was fantastic! Everyone was so nice except for Alejandro, he seemed like we were bothering him when we asked for togo boxes or even for a cup of water. He only stepped in when our waitress took a break, but those few minutes were not great. But like I said everyone else was Great!!
