Norwalk was in desprate need of local boba shop. This Boba Time location is amazing. Ive tried so many different drinks and they've all been delicious. Even thier coffee drinks are really good Staff is always very nice and willing to answer any questions. 10/10 will be coming back for more.

The store was very bright and colorful as soon as we entered! They had such a wide variety of drinks and even food options on their menu. My friends and I chose a regular iced matcha latte, regular lychee slush, large cookies n cream shake, and a large strawberry matcha, all with boba. The service was excellent! They were patient as we were deciding and the drinks came out fairly quick. Would definitely come back!

1st time here. Cust service is awesome, very friendly, patient and explained everything well when I asked questions. I think it was the owner who helped me and he was even giving me options to try. Peach mango tastes like a Jamba Juice smoothie. Consistency was good, not too icy or watered down. The dirty matcha was good. I asked for 25% sweet and light ice with almond milk. It tastes like matcha, not overpowering and the shot of espresso was light. I'll have to return to try their tornado and compare those to the other place I usually get them from and then I'll see. But overall, 5 stars! Great 1st impression and customer service!

I love the atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Very clean and friendly staff. I have been to other Boba Times and this one is my favorite by far. Angie the cashier has great customer service skills.

I placed an order via post mates and although I selected to not add sugar or ice my drinks had both ice and sugar. Both drinks made it to my house in about 10 minutes, which in my opinion is incredibly fast. However, I rather have an order that is correct than an order that is delivered fast. Please read instructions, sugar is a deal breaker for me. Likely I won't be ordering from this place again, there are other nearby spots that do get my order right.

Walking inside the first thing I noticed was how clean they kept their store! The employees also welcomed up immediately upon entering which was nice. They have a huge selection of drinks, acai bowls, and macarons. it was a bit hard to choose from but my Mom just wanted a classic Milk Tea Boba with pudding. It honestly was pretty solid, had the perfect amount of sweetness to it and the boba was soft and chewy unlike other boba shops

The açaí bowls are soooo good here. I used to drive to Seal Beach but now I can drive local. Drinks are also great! Staff is very friendly.

Was recommended and it was not disappointing... the boba is so good they even have mango and strawberry popping boba. Prices are good and they have cheesecake as well and macaroons as well tried both and 10/10. The service is great.
