Terrible service on the part of the person who is serving in a bad way and is annoying because she doesn't want to do anything, she is upset because someone came to buy

On Saturday morning at approximately 10:15 AM, I was present at the drive-thru with my close friend. The initial portion of our experience was satisfactory. We were informed to park in the designated area to await the delivery of our food, which was acceptable. However, the situation became unpleasant when our food was delivered to our vehicle. It seemed an employee was not happy to work that day. The individual responsible for delivering our food exhibited rudeness and explicitly instructed us to disembark from the vehicle if we desired additional hot sauce, because she already had given us plenty. If this individual were in fact the manager on duty, it is imperative that they receive comprehensive training in customer service etiquette. If we wanted to get off the car, we wouldn’t have used the drive thru.

The Manager there has a horrible customer service was a really bad experience..I placed my order thought drive thru and asked me to get down if I need condiments with a bad attitude what kind of manager is it also my fríes were cold. I hope the supervisor can do something about it not going back 😔

Maria working the window for the drive-through is horrible I asked for a plain hamburger and she gave me it with everything and then when I told her she gave me a new one that still has all the sauces on top and I’m allergic to something in ketchup and I visually saw ketchup, so I couldn’t eat it because she was being lazy at her job.

The manager(Hispanic lady) with the thick accent needs to treat her employees and customers with respect. It’s my third time coming to this place. If you don’t like your job, there’s plenty of people who will do it for you. Very rude lady, she needs customer skills.

So I came In here today 7/23/2024 at 6:43pm : When I went to go and order my meal and (10) Tacos, the Male Older Shift lead: took my order and after I paid for everything: I went go sit and down wait for my order, as I was looking at my receipt: I seen he charged me for (2) Tacos instead of the (10) Tacos:
So Then I go ask him, Hi I ordered (10) Tacos, I seen you only charged me (2) instead of the (10) Tacos: He takes a look at the receipt and he seen he charged me (2):
The Male Older Shift lead: says to me, I did charged you (2) Tacos and then I will have to charge you the other (8) Tacos: to make it (10) Tacos.
I ask the male older shift Lead: Why didn’t you charge at the beginning when I first ordered?
He said well I still need to charge you for the 8 tacos in order to make it 10 tacos.
Long-story short: I ask one the workers if I can talk a manager or a different lead that’s is on site, the worker told me that the manager is not here and he’s the only shift lead.

Tried the new smash burger bacon cheese combo. Good burger, but the new minimum wage is killing the prices. Something like $10.79 for the burger and around $13.29 for the combo
Parking: Smallish parking lot, but always seems to available when I go, but I always do the drive through

Girl at the drive thru was nice. She may be new. They forgot something in my order so I went in to get it. The lady who was a cook was saying I was pretty much lying until she realized she didn’tput them in my bag. I mean don’t make me feel like a liar as a customer. That’s upsetting especially since she was wrong. No apology. She walked away with attitude. This is the second time I’ve dealt with their attitude. First time was with a different manager. Services sucks. For me here lol.
