On Saturday morning at approximately 10:15 AM, I was present at the drive-thru with my close friend. The initial portion of our experience was satisfactory. We were informed to park in the designated area to await the delivery of our food, which was acceptable. However, the situation became unpleasant when our food was delivered to our vehicle. It seemed an employee was not happy to work that day. The individual responsible for delivering our food exhibited rudeness and explicitly instructed us to disembark from the vehicle if we desired additional hot sauce, because she already had given us plenty. If this individual were in fact the manager on duty, it is imperative that they receive comprehensive training in customer service etiquette. If we wanted to get off the car, we wouldn’t have used the drive thru.

The Manager there has a horrible customer service was a really bad experience..I placed my order thought drive thru and asked me to get down if I need condiments with a bad attitude what kind of manager is it also my fríes were cold. I hope the supervisor can do something about it not going back 😔
