One of the Jack-in-the-Box I’ve trusted the most has gone Bad from a lousy manager. I trusted this Jack-in-the-Box in emergency situations to help feed my family and tonight I got disappointed from the lack of help. We are not homeless trying to cause any trouble. We are people trying to just eat and feed our family. Thank you for refusing us. We appreciate your discrimination greatly. why not tend to your customers when you have nobody else to attend to. Absolutely 100% discrimination for somebody who cannot afford a car. It is 100% clear now for what this establishment stands for. I want to make it clear. I rode on an electric motorcycle not electric bike and I will still refused service through the drive-through.

This is our first time hitting up this location (next door to Norwalk City Hall), and it was a very good experience.
We only had their (super yummy and deliciously junky) crack tacos and French fries, but you can tell they took care to build up the tacos with an abundance of fresh lettuce and sauce. 🌮🍟😋👍
The fry oil both the fries and tacos were fried in were fresh, and they came out nice and crispy and flavorful.
The dining room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful! Great Jack-In-The-Box location if you are a stickler (like me) for cleanliness and freshness!
Manager was very rude to my daughter and also was being rude to the worker working the drive-through. She also looked like she was on something and acting overly hyper. very unprofessional. have tried at least six times to call to complain about the day manager. No one answers the phone very hard to get through.

Popped in for some quiet time and morning sustenance before my meeting and work day. Was greeted warmly promptly and when my orders ready was thanked and asked if I needed anything additional. After I finished my wonderdul breakfast Jack and thanked them, the whole team expressed their gratitude and warmly and boisterously wished me a wonderful day. Definitely a good start to my morning. The longest drive through wait and only one car in front of me and bad customer service. I waited to place an order and then waited for my food. Stopped by around 2pm. I knew what I wante
I wasn't happy with the hash brown. It was so overcooked that it was inedible. Kinda looks like it was fried twice. Everything else was fine.

January 12,2025 Me and my family went to this Jack-in-the-Box on imperial The tacos and the cheeseburgers and the french fries fries wasn’t fresh they were we cooked My three children and my wife and I got food poisoning and had diarrhea for two days I am vomiting Two days of loss, work and pain And these people that work on this place do not have a common sense to give people fresh food but they cry about getting $20 an hour. I will not be giving my business to this Jack-in-the-Box writing this review so everyone could know. Dying here on your own risk
