Had a great experience at this Jack in the Box! The food was fresh, hot, and just what I needed for a hangry moment haha But what really made the stop stand out was the service. The server Alexis G greeted me with such a warm and genuine smile that it honestly made my day. You don’t always expect that level of kindness and energy at a fast food spot. They handled everything with grace and professionalism. The whole experience made the food taste that much more delish. Thanks for the great service!

Put in a mobile order and came around 15 minutes after to pick it up since the app said to give 10-12 minutes, despite this our order still wasn’t ready and when we walked in to check they were trying to give our food to someone else! Along with this a manager was arguing with one of her employees, something you should never do in the face of a customer.
