I have been visiting this Jamba Juice for over 2yrs now, I have seen a few people come and go but this past year there’s a young lady with tattoos that has assisted me. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. I am well aware that extra supplements are an extra charge and I am okay with paying, what I am not okay with is paying extra for the young lady with tattoos to not put the supplements I pay for(for example I add 3 whey protein scoops and she added two and turned around to see if I was looking then added the last), she also does not greet me when I come and go. This last time was the cherry on top, we were at the register and I gave her my order and she walked away from me as I was still speaking to her to the point that as I was speaking to her she managed to reach the area where she makes the smoothies and I was still at the register, she did not even acknowledge that I was talking to her, she gave me her back and didn’t say a word. She then just placed the smoothies on the counter and didn’t even say “have a good day” nothing, pure disrespect. I am a repeated customer but with this type of customer service I would rather take my business elsewhere. It’s honestly getting worse and worse with this young lady.

Says open at 7am drive all the way here and its locked and closed till 10am L. And even worse the online ordering is open, imagine ordering online at 7am and waiting 3hrs to get it.

I keep giving this place a try and it always seems to disappoint.
I put in a mobile order and when I went to pick it up I still had to wait 10more minutes after the time I was given . It was not that busy and only one worker there . Store is always a mess .
The young girl working seemed so overwhelmed to be alone .

The girl who made our smoothies was nice but the cashier with the tattoos has poor customer service ! She didn’t greet us or respond to our hello, she walked to the register and just looked at us without asking what we would like. She then gave the order to the girl in the back and walked out.

The young man was so efficient and made the drinks for 4 different people effortlessly. He was calm, cool, and collected. My drink was fantastic and tasty. Definitely coming back because he was great. ?? it was also very clean inside and I liked the menu and offers. Great work ??

I hate to sound like a Karen but I am really disappointed, I live in Australia and in my previous trip to America I was in love with Jamba Juice’s ‘purely orange. And this trip I’m currently on I stopped by this Jamba all excited to have the orange juice after so long but I was almost in tears when the rude man said I couldn’t have any juice because the machine was broken (it looked fine to me) then I disappointedly strolled out of that Jamba to find myself rapidly searching on google maps for another, to get the the other one to find out that rude gentlemen claimed that that orange juicer was broken too. I’m sorry to say but I have seem to have lost faith in this juice organisation.

Workers have been pretty rude here. Lady with lots of piercings didn’t say hi when walking up to the register. I said hi and she just stared at me. Didn’t say anything when my drink was done. Just put it on the counter and walked away. Drinks are usually good but maybe hire workers that actually acknowledge customers.

Every time I try to get carrot juice or orange juice the machine is not working been in five times now unable to purchase my drink no manager to speak to Barry. Bad service.

Location opens late. I went out of my way to arrive at this location since it says it opens at 7:30am. Once I arrived at 7:50am I had to leave empty handed since I was unsure when it will open and I could not be late to work.
