Jersey Mike's Subs

I just ordered 29 sandwiches for a Saturday gathering. I was assisted by the very kind and efficient manager Anna. She made the process so easy. While I was there, I ordered for myself today a tuna sandwich Mike's way, with jalapeno peppers, of course. It was the best tuna sandwich ever! If you are in the Norwalk area, you must get lunch here as soon as possible.

The staff were all very friendly, the manager on at the time set a great precedent for her team. Food was well prepared, fresh and tasty.

BLT was excellent at this location. This is the only jersey mikes that charged me for cheese, like $2.50 for 3 thin slices of swiss. I have been to many jersey mikes and haven't come across an up charge for cheese. The service was great. I see a high chair for little kids here at this location and a handicap ♿️ table. I also see they got an "A" on their health inspection.

Amanda, the sandwich maker was very rude to my granddaughter who was just asking for extra pickles. She looks over at her coworker and says I’m so irritated right now and she had a mad face the whole time we were there.

How are you out of wheat bread at 3:00???

VERY BAD STAFF, zero friendly and they don't accept their mistakesAlways check that they give you what you ask for, they gave me a different sub than the one I asked for, I told them and they gave me the correct one. But they charged me for the other sub that I didn't ask for, they didn't want to give me my money back, saying that it was taxes and that they cost the same, when that is not true, the base price was more expensive than the other, I didn't want to fight for it anymore. a few cents, but check your ticket carefully or don't come here, go to another branch.

Not worth buying these tipe of sandwich, Very expensive for just a simple Tuna sandwich that comes with lettuce, onions, & tomatoes. Last time I stop by this place.
