This is one location that does whatever they want whenever they feel like it. I placed an order for “pickup ASAP” with no problem through the app but arrive to a closed store and several people who had been waiting. They were definitely closed longer than “30 minutes”. Bogus.

Ordered catering for box of sandwiches..keep in mind this was pre-ordered..went to pick-up at designated time yesterday..had to wait 40 min for order..they provided a potato salad to compensate for wait time..never

It's odd to me I can't BUY BBQ sauce that's on the menu, unless I get a certain sandwich. I wasn't asking for it free, I wanted to PAY for it. Bad business.

Glad this spot reopened. Good size parking lot for an outdoor shopping center. My sandwich was prepared nicely. I asked for extra mayo and mustard packets. The onions cut through the cold cuts really well. The bread is soft and fluffy.

Service was fast! The gentleman making the subs put on gloves after making every order. Even if he touch a kitchen item this man did good job by putting new gloves when handling food. I will absolutely return and share with friends about this location!! The cashier was very friendly and patient. Thank you

Good food. Deliveries only sometimes look at your order to check that everything ordered is included. I tried to call to make sure everything would be correct this time because they have forgotten the multiple times but I forgot to also mention to make surethe drink I ordered would also be correct. I even gave my delivery driver an extra cash tip in person after already doing a 20% because I expected it to be correct. After a full week of moving all I wanted was my favorite jimmy john sub with a Dr.Pepper. Instead I got Pepsi but utterly exhausted to call back or drive there because my truck and car are loaded up to move out of state. I only recommend this location if you order in store so you can make sure you get exactly what you order. I highly discourage delivery unless you already have the sauce you prefer for your sub or don’t care what drink you get if it’s not what you ordered.
