It's odd to me I can't BUY BBQ sauce that's on the menu, unless I get a certain sandwich. I wasn't asking for it free, I wanted to PAY for it. Bad business.

I work in the area and came here for the first time to pick up dinner to go. Was immediately greeted and assisted with my order. Employees are quick and friendly and the restaurant was clean & spotless. My sandwich was good: bread was soft & fresh and they did not skimp on the meat!

Glad this spot reopened. Good size parking lot for an outdoor shopping center. My sandwich was prepared nicely. I asked for extra mayo and mustard packets. The onions cut through the cold cuts really well. The bread is soft and fluffy.

Back open and under new management. Seems to run way more efficiently. However, delivery went from $3 to $9.99. Not worth it if the delivery is almost as much as the sandwich.

Service was fast! The gentleman making the subs put on gloves after making every order. Even if he touch a kitchen item this man did good job by putting new gloves when handling food. I will absolutely return and share with friends about this location!! The cashier was very friendly and patient. Thank you

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! This location is back open and has new employees and managers. Best customer service I have received in a long time. Super friendly and helpful! I had a last minute lunch order for my work and was able to walk-in and get 10 sandwiches made in less than 5 mins. They really helped me out! Also the place looks so clean, bathroom was spotless. I will be back again and often. Bread was chefs kiss!

this location is BACK OPEN !!!!!walked in today for their grand opening and you have to check it out for yourself . Found out its under new management. The location itself is completely revamped & spotless . All the team members were beyond helpful with amazing customer service. I ordered the #12 & it was ready before i could even step away from the counter . Im obsessed with their bread ,its super soft and just makes for the perfect sandwich.hands down best jimmy johns ive been too ! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK .
Good food. Deliveries only sometimes look at your order to check that everything ordered is included. I tried to call to make sure everything would be correct this time because they have forgotten the multiple times but I forgot to also mention to make surethe drink I ordered would also be correct. I even gave my delivery driver an extra cash tip in person after already doing a 20% because I expected it to be correct. After a full week of moving all I wanted was my favorite jimmy john sub with a Dr.Pepper. Instead I got Pepsi but utterly exhausted to call back or drive there because my truck and car are loaded up to move out of state. I only recommend this location if you order in store so you can make sure you get exactly what you order. I highly discourage delivery unless you already have the sauce you prefer for your sub or don’t care what drink you get if it’s not what you ordered.

They are literally always out of something at this location. The last few times I’ve ordered for pickup, I get there and they haven’t started making it yet and and then tell me they are out of the item (turkey, tuna, wheat bread). One time they didn’t even have the regular bread and said it would be an hour wait once I got there…

Closed a full 20 mins before closing time. So disappointing. At least three other customers got out of their car trying to purchase food as well in the span of me walking back to my car, but left once they noticed doors were locked.
