I don't want to eat here. I don't want take-out from here. I don't want to get delivery from here. I don't want to take pictures of this place unless it is to show how I don't want a restaurant to look. I don't believe the owners have ever been to a restaurant trade show. The city of Norwalk deserves better. This building is a proper free-standing restaurant with potential for window-service and it has a drive-thru. This place could be moving 24/7. People could stop here for business lunches, birthdays, a special night out for burgers and a milkshake, show car nights, app-based juke box plays, and so much more. There is a car wash and a barber shop on the same strip. This should be the place where high school kids want to meet up after school. This would be a great first job option too. The high school, church, apartments, and homes alone is motivation enough to give this place a proper face lift.

Past reviews say bathrooms are out of order there is a sign on the counter says no public restrooms i don't dine in anyways so I don't care could be just to keep homeless out.

Owners are greedy and food is trash. Their fries do not always taste the same sometimes there is lots of seasoning and other times none. Fried items taste old and not fresh at all.

Never getting food from here again.

I ordered them through uber eats frequently
1) Their food is decent but anything like onion rings is super old, not fresh, and never crispy
2) Raised their prices by nearly 100% on the items I order often, yet the quality is the same or worse at times
3) DO NOT ORDER WITH UBER EATS. They decided to raise my order by $10 dollars without my consent which I guess is a new feature on Uber Eats

So this place is absolute trash to me now, will never order again :)

Good food bad service by cashier and they take a long time preparing food

So disappointed to have anything bad to say because we've been coming for many many years but this is the second instance of a lot of very noticeable hair cooked into our food. The first was a burger a couple of years ago, as soon as it was unwrapped, there was a big wad of hair right in the front of the burger. This time, we got a breakfast burrito and halfway through, there was a VERY long black hair wrapped up right into the burrito.

I didn't realize this place had a name until I saw it on my receipt, which I thought was quaint. They don't take your order at the ordering window, you drive all the way around to the pickup window to order. It's just an experience into itself and it's worth it because the fries are delicious, as are the chili cheeseburgers. I'm sad that this will no longer be on my route as my mother is moving, but every time I visit her, I stop at Jim's on my way home!
