The worst KFC that I have been to. Put my order in 2 hours before pickup time. Arrived and it wasn't ready. Took an extra 20 mins to receive order. 2nd time in a row that there has been an issue like this here.

CareSeizeure is pricing now, and the potatoes were a little bit old or cold or whatever you want to say they weren't cold.But the gravy had congealed so it wasn't wasn't like it was very fresh.So if the chicken was fresh, I had to wait for that to be cooked.But the potatoes had been made some time before that, so

My neighbor hood kfc. Took a turn for the worse as I went through drive through there hanging out the window was a employee smoking. 1st red flag.. 2 ND red flag the employee guessed what the food cost told me 22 dollars then goes how about 20 or 15 he clearly was pocketing the cash . Oh when I say he it was a she not a guy

I went to a KFC for my favorite crispy chicken, but this time I decide to go for the drive thru instead dine in and let me tell you horrible experience, supposed drive thru should be a faster way to get your food but for me took 15 minutes. How is that possible, starting for the horribly service this guy Alexis he can’t even speak in order for me to heard what he was saying. Very disappointed honestly KFC is one of the biggest chain of restaurants and honestly now it is one of the worst.

Miss the old time when guest matters and clean restaurant was a priority.

I wanted to order a 5$ bowl with the Nashville chicken but the cashier said the ran out but as I was waiting for my food I saw another worker making a 5$ bowl and when we seen the empty sauce he went to the back and got more sauce for the 5$ bowl he was making so I feel like I’ve been disrespected because clearly there was more sauce in the back the cashier was just to lazy to get more!

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with KFC was so terrible that I felt compelled to share. I ordered a meal from their Norwalk location and immediately started feeling unwell after eating. Within hours, I was hit with severe stomach cramps, nausea, and vomiting. It was clear I had food poisoning. I’ve eaten at KFC in the past without issue, but this was a nightmare. I contacted their customer service, but they didn’t seem to care at all. The whole experience has made me seriously question their food safety standards. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Highly disappointing and unsafe. Avoid at all costs.

Check your food before you leave if y'all gone sell French fries why not make them fresh instead of recooking the old ones it only makes then hard I don't mind the wait its ok
