Waited at the drive through order pedestal for a long time before someone answered. Asked for BBQ sauce that was missing. Was asked to wait in front of the store for our food and sat for 10 minutes watching others pull up and receive their food. Finally someone walked out with our food and didn't say a word even after I asked why chicken strips and sandwich took so long, walked off to check his phone. Fries were cold and soggy. Never again will I go to this location.

I ordered in advance, expecting to pick my food up and it wasn't ready. The gentleman behind the counter asked me to wait, I went to sit down. After 10 to 15 minutes I get up to check on the status as I see other people coming and leaving, and then he pulls another young lady in who perceives to give me attitude saying that my order was picked up. Now I'm confused... I asked her why wasn't this said to me 10 or 15 minutes ago? Not only that, she asked me to call to get my charges disputed rather than just making my food. Mind you, I was very patient even willing to wait for them to make my food again or I offered them to give me a refund. She said she could not do either. After my respectful debate, she finally said OK well we don't have the fries, so what other size do you want with a huge attitude? I've never been treated like this, it took all the patience in me not to act out! I think this young lady needs to be retrained, and the gentleman who is behind the counter as well. Whoever was working the evening of November 22 needs to be coached. This behavior is unacceptable and any of your pain patrons should not have to deal with this. I even had another customer who witnessed the whole interaction Share how they were a palled at the way that the young lady was speaking to me, even though I was being respectful. Even when I finally got my food, I said thank you. The lady just slid the bag over-the-counter and didn't even respond. What did I do, what was my crime, ordering on the app, not to mention I've ordered on the app before and have always had the wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes after I arrive, and I have never complained! All the grace that I have offered I feel the least that they could do is treat me with some damn respect. I am very disappointed and probably will never return to this location.

Order 1 big box at 5 said ready at 5:24 when I come to pick it they not even do it. Got the order after 15 mins late not a fast food.Second in the option pick 1 ranch for sauce they said $.25 for ranch or any sauce and say that no sauce in my order funny place and bad customer service.

Restaurant is clean; it usually has light traffic during lunch hour. The food is good but the shopping center is little dated. But, if you like tasty chicken, this place has it. Enjoy.Parking: Ample parking since KFC is situated in a shopping plaza.

All I asks for was NO biscuits. And it was too hard for the cashier to figure out NOT to put biscuits in my order. KFC is getting almost too expensive to go anymore, almost like McDonald's. The difference is McDonald's food taste terrible. And in the end, LMAO, they didn't have any biscuits, and asked if I would like another side to compensate for it!! LMFAO

Customer service is lousy, the female cashier (left her name off for her sake) didn't seemed like she was in a rush. My girlfriend wanted to order something else and she was already giving us a total, on top of that I asked for a regular drink no combo and she didn't take that down nor did she repeat my order to confirm if it was correct. The place had trash everywhere and smelled like sewage due to the employee hosing down the back of the kitchen making the odor of restaurant smell like it

Show checc it, I ordered the spicy wings thru the KFC app. On the app it let's you know when your order is allegedly ready. So when I get the notification to pick up my food, I hit up drive thru. I'm told to pull around and park out front, it'll be 10 minutes. I park out front and wait 13 minutes, and nothing is happening. I decide to go inside and remind them of my order, and the lady says,"Oh, let me make those for you." I'm a cool dude, I don't trip or act a fool. I go to sit down and wait. When my order is finally ready, she calls me over and just sets the bag on the counter. No sorry, no thank you, no nothing. Avoid this particular KFC, because this is the 4th time I've had issues there. Yelp doesn't lie.

Ordered my food and dipping sauces are supposed to come with the meal, and I ordered extras which I had to pay for. Got all the way home, and had no sauces, food was ice cold, had to drive back, tried to get my food replaced or my money back and was refused, manager got confrontational!!!!

I drive truck so I took what I order with me . I got the three peice tenders with fries and a side of gravy . The chicken was burned and the fries were stuck together. And the gravy was like soupy water .It was 2.00pm not busy .Food went in trash .Won't stop here

I just had the worst experience here. Went through the drive thru ordered my food. The lady said the biscuits will be ready in 15 mins so I asked if I have sub them for something else. She said yes I can give you extra chicken and I said okay. She then asked me to pull in the front. Comes out 10 mins later to tell me her coworker sold my order of chicken and now had to wait 15 more mins now. 15 later I get what I think is my order to get home and my order wasn’t even complete. Now I’ve been trying to call and talk a manager and no one will answer at all. I am extremely disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would.
