Food is slow... Store is clearly understaffed... And tables are poorly cleaned. I think this place needs new management.

Haven't had KFC in quite some time . I was in need of something fast for dinner . Ordered the 12 piece family meal . Wait time was super fast and my chicken was hot and fresh . Sides amazing.

Food was dry and horrible. Missing an item in my combo order. Paid way too much for nothing. Already had bad interactions with this specific location. The kfcs everywhere else are just fine, it's just these damn Norwalk ones that are TRASH. Can't wait to leave this city overall lol

Workers playing hip-hop music from behind the counter and talking about customers. Explicit language heard. Two customers left and then it was just only us. We left and one other came in. Then left immediately. No customers left in establishment as we left the parking lot. 4/01/23 1600 hrs...

Someone messed up my order, packed the chicken in the bucket on the counter,while they were fixing fries, biscuits, l asked them to keep my chic hot,when l finally received food,order all wrong,43.00 12 piece meal, all wrong,had 1 biscuit,3 apple pies,instead of 4 biscuits chicken just thrown in the bucket,,4 males working very slow,customers were not happy,lm one of them,will not return!

Just spent 30$ on some "fresh crispy chicken" they're supposedly frying that I had to wait for. It was soggy as heck. Not worth it.

Just bought the spicy slaw wraps and when I took a bite there was no coleslaw! On top of that the chicken tenders were completely over salted! If you run out of something say so, so that I don't waste my money!!

I was able to place the order through the KFC app since it offers mobile specials. When picking up our food the cashier verified our order before we left. Just let the cashier know whether you want dark meat (Legs, Thighs) or Assorted meat (Everything).

Probably some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Christian, the employee that took my order was very rude and got my order wrong. I will for sure never come back to this establishment ever again, thanks again Christian!

Customer services is good they are friendly. I just didn't like that a man bagging food and frying chicken had his long hair down. There was various ladies working with him and they all had hair up. Other then that the place is good

The staff was very professional and pleasant. I received a 20 percent discount even when. I didn't ask for it. The young man on the cash register was very helpful and friendly. The original recipe chicken was fresh and hot and the corn was very fresh. The store was very clean and organized. Thank you KFC Staff.
