I have had a few of the specialty drinks (Sunset Passion and Dragon Slayer) and really enjoyed them. However the main drink I would usually get is a Mango tea and the mango puree is more of small/thin mango chunks and doesn’t really seem like it has as much mango flavor as I am used to.

Good amount of seating at this location. Ample staff to meet high demand. Bummer that when they ran out of the small sized cups I had to pay for the up-charge for a large, doesn’t seem right. At another location, it was a free upgrade as the inventory issue is not the customer’s fault.

Wheelchair accessibility: Double wide doors and ample aisle to the bathroom. Chairs can be pulled out to accommodate wheelchairs at the tables.

Worse boba place ever!! I asked for a cookie and cream smoothie with no boba, and got it with boba!!?? Then I proceeded to go back and took it back since it was wrong and they only put my drink in another cup and yet had boba. Never again

Two of the blandest boba drinks I've ever had. Charging 7 dollars for low-quality matcha that was prepared poorly is absolutely insane, especially in Norwalk. The drinks certainly looked nice, but save your money and go to a better boba shop. Not quite sure why this place has good reviews. Boba had no flavor and poor texture.Service was poor, took about 3 minutes for the worker to come out from the back (understaffed?) to work on my online order. One would expect an online order to be ready by the time one arrived in ten minutes, but that was not the case here.Shop was messy, with straw wrappers scattered on the tables and floors.Will not be returning to any krak Boba and will be sure to advise friends and family to not visit.
