That one lonely star is solely for the food. The service really deserves zero. I have been in there multiple times now with different people and they have taken forever to take our order. I will specify this as generally as I can when I say "he". Everyone who has been there knows there's only one male waiter. My friend asked if he was going to help us and he honest to God said, "Up to you." Excuse me? My friend made another comment about why he was acting like this. He pointed to me and said, "She knows why." Now, I tip for what I feel like you've earned. You take care of me, I take care of you. I don't do handouts. When I get service like this, is this what I'm paying for?! Hell no, so I leave nothing. Him and a couple of the waitresses are looking for handouts and I don't play that game. I will never be going back here, and I will be telling all my friends to boycott this place. Even after my friend explained that this was her first time there, she got all the service. He did the bare minimum when it came to me. Actually, I think the bare minimum would've been better. If this is what Norwalk honestly calls good service, we are in some deep trouble.
