Everything was delicious but the girl had a terrible attitude

Ice cream is good the only thing is that you have to find the ladies most of the time instead of the employees greeting you,you have to go greed them where they are having very important conversations i think because they don't even acknowledge you until you call them, they are always busy talking or looking at their phones other that that ice cream is very good.

The ice cream was delicious but the lady that helped my family had a horrible attitude the whole time we ordered ice cream. Like she was so bothered by us ordering ice cream. I got 4 sample cause they have many flavors. She said next time theres a limit 3 samples per person.

Online and their door says that they close at 10 PM. My daughter was craving their Dubai strawberries so we decided to make a run to pick it up really fast and it was 945 when we arrived. They already were sweeping and had all of the chairs up. They looked directly at us through the window, then shut the lights off…15 minutes before closing! Then was rude about it.

No English so even if someone of color or another race that don’t know Spanish comes in you can’t buy anything because they don’t even understand what your saying and the menu is all spanish

I visited today to purchase a large fruit plate and some paletas: vanilla, pineapple, and strawberry. I had enjoyed the salad on a previous visit and had no complaints, but this time was completely different. The pineapple and mango were rotten, and the watermelon was also on the verge of spoilage. The quality of the fruit was unacceptable, and it ruined my entire experience.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at your establishment. I found the overall quality to be appalling and, unfortunately, I ended up throwing up afterward and now have a stomach ache.
This experience was truly disappointing, and I felt compelled to share my concerns about the cleanliness and quality of the food served. I hope you take these issues seriously to prevent future customers from having a similar experience.

Don’t come to this location unless you call in advance to check they have all the ingredients!!!’ I drove 15 minutes to this location because their late hours and the only thing I was craving which was mango they didn’t have….Who in the fruit business doesn’t have mango 🥭 ???
Not sure if it was because they were almost closing and the ladies were already sweeping and didn’t want to cut another mango or they didn’t really have it. Regardless both scenarios wrong 😑

Recently, there was an advertisement promoting a product referred to as Dubai chocolate with strawberries. However, upon further examination, it was observed that the chocolate utilized is actually Hershey's Syrup. The pistachio cream accompanying the dish was unpalatable, and the crunchy kataifi was served raw rather than toasted, which rendered it unappealing. Given that the establishment charges $11.50 for this offering, it can be considered misleading. When I attempted to address these concerns with the manager, her response indicated a lack of concern, as she stated that the owner had approved the product. I would advise potential customers to reconsider their purchase to avoid disappointment.

The ice cream shop was very clean, as well as the restrooms. You can try any flavor or ice cream before you get it. Their ice cream is delicious and creamy! Lorena was very helpful! She helped me to choose which ice cream to try. The shop has many flavors to choose from. Sooooo good!! I will be back for more!! Thank you, La Michoacana!!!

Service socks, ladies are rude

Horrible customer experience!!!!
I went in and got some tosti esquite when I got home I noticed it had so much mayo I was very unsatisfied so I called nicely to see if I can maybe get a re make. The lady that answered me was apparently “the manager” and she said because I took it to go and left the place I can not get a remake. Which shocks me because I have called other places and they have always been nice to give me a remake. Because like you can see it was not my mistake there is so much mayo! When I asked her if I can get her name she rudely said “ I am not giving you my name” if she was really the manager why is she afraid to give me her name. I’m no type to be a Karen, it’s just that lack in customer service and the worst part is that she hang up on me how rude !! That’s not professional customer service!! That’s not what a professional “manager” would do ! This took place on November 21 around 9 ! So if the owner is reading this please talk to whoever you have in charge and tell them to be better “managers”
If you ever want to get a good tosti esquites go to the one in South Gate they have better customer service!

Went in for some hot Cheetos with cheese Saturday night. First of all it barely even had cheese so I asked for extra and the lady said let me check if there’s more and she came back and charged me $1 for “extra cheese”. Both bags had really cold cheese. Go to a different michoacana …

The product is very good, it is hygienic, but lately their customer service is a disaster, I have been a customer since they opened a few years ago and the quality of the product remains high, but the same cannot be said about the service, the ladies They are with some getotas, it even seems that they serve you reluctantly.
My husband, my 2 babies and I went, and we ordered 2 ice creams and we were going to order a glass of corn for one of the babies, and well, I don't know why she heard a small bubble gum ice cream, when we told her that was not what we had asked, he looked at us horribly and threw the snow into the trash can with great displeasure.
They are ladies who have been there since they started, their customer service was excellent, I don't know what has happened to them lately.
