It's the worst pizza I've ever had, I understand that it's a cheap pizza, but it's never been like this. This was one of the little Ceasars restaurants that i usually came to often, and it was a really nice place. I don't know if they will change owners or managers. This is the second time something like this happens. The last time the pizza didn't have mushrooms and sausage. That time, I didn't take pictures of it.

I saw they had the pretzel crust again and had to have it. Only problem is I'm disabled and can't walk and they're almost always walk- ins. So I'm waving my handicap sticker and $10 at the guy through the window. Hoping he'll come out and take my money and give me a pizza, but I guess he was busy so I flagged down a kid on his way in. Gave him 10 bucks and told him to keep the change if he could grab me one of those hot and ready pizzas and bring it out. After a while he came out. Handed me the pizza and tried to force the change on me, so I took the change and fought to give him $5. Got more than a pizza out of that exchange.

I ordered for my kid bday. They were ready on time all of them . They let me know when i should go to pick up the pizzas. They were warm and very good. Customer service was fast . Price was good around 10 dollars each pizza.

I happily ordered a Pretzel Crust since I heard they’re finally back, I was so very excited since I hadn’t seen it around for a while. Imagine the sheer sadness when I got home and saw the pizza was just a normal crust with some salt on it. Had to let my boys know there would be no Pretzel Crust for tonight, many tears were shed. I called and could not get through to any employee at this location, is there no good in this world?😔 Extremely disappointing, would not recommend except maybe to my least favorite child.

Food is always good here and you can’t beat the price but as I’m doing Uber eats and picking up an order she told me I would have to wait in line; mind you the line is huge and I’m just picking up an order not ordering . They have specific trays for orders for pick up but are deliberately not using them and making it more difficult for anyone just picking up the food . Little ceasers is generally a great place to eat and usually have an efficient staff but the girl dealing with it seems to be new or not trained to serve properly . I usually don’t post negative reviews but this seemed like it must be addressed . I do not want to point her name specially to harm her but f any manager or owners see this please utilize the pizza codes for pickup to save time and positive customer service

What is the point of ordering online/through the app if my food won't be in the oven? I get the email with the code to grab my food from the oven. It's never in there. I have to wait in line to grab my food, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead.

What's the point of having the portals to pick up online orders when they're empty & workers have the orders in the back on top of each other, I had to wait in line for my online order.
The combination pizza has very skimpy toppings. Each toppings are supposed to cover the whole pizza but the slices wont have all the toppings on it. Pepperoni is the only thing that covers the whole pizza. All the other toppings like bell pepper, mushrooms, sausage, will only be on two or three slices. Just look at the photo and see how little the bell pepper and the other toppings are. This has happened before and probably to other customers as well.
