Food is always good here and you can’t beat the price but as I’m doing Uber eats and picking up an order she told me I would have to wait in line; mind you the line is huge and I’m just picking up an order not ordering . They have specific trays for orders for pick up but are deliberately not using them and making it more difficult for anyone just picking up the food . Little ceasers is generally a great place to eat and usually have an efficient staff but the girl dealing with it seems to be new or not trained to serve properly . I usually don’t post negative reviews but this seemed like it must be addressed . I do not want to point her name specially to harm her but f any manager or owners see this please utilize the pizza codes for pickup to save time and positive customer service

What is the point of ordering online/through the app if my food won't be in the oven? I get the email with the code to grab my food from the oven. It's never in there. I have to wait in line to grab my food, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead.

The combination pizza has very skimpy toppings. Each toppings are supposed to cover the whole pizza but the slices wont have all the toppings on it. Pepperoni is the only thing that covers the whole pizza. All the other toppings like bell pepper, mushrooms, sausage, will only be on two or three slices. Just look at the photo and see how little the bell pepper and the other toppings are. This has happened before and probably to other customers as well.

Well as you know Little Caesars is always convenient
Order Pizza online. Picked up got home took a slice of my Hawaiian Pizza. Curst as old my the sole on my shoe. Horrible just horrible card board pizza crust. Ruined my hole expectation of the other food ordered. The point of ordering online is to get a fresh pizza not one that has sat in the hot and ready bin all day long. HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE. If you are going to order online. Don't go in and make sure they make a fresh one. Very disappointed in Little Caesars.
This restaurant is very very very skimpy on the toppings if you order the ultimate supreme pizza. Only thing that covers the whole pizza is pepperoni and the rest of the other toppings are practically non existent. This has happend before when I ordered the ultimate supreme pizza. Another thing is they are always out of napkins at the moment.
