Little Caesars Pizza

I get on average 3 hot and readys a week for my lunch. And I'll say, haven't had a over/under cooked pizza . Favorite location by far

I come to this little ceasers regularly and I’ve never had a product be this bad ever. On 10/12/25 I made an in-app order for 2 extra most best pepperoni pizzas around 5:40 pm. I appreciate the young man at the counter that reassurared 2 new pizzas would be made for me and it would take about a 15 minute wait which I was ok with. What I am not ok with is this establishment trying to pass these pizzas off as freshly made, when another customer probably never picked them up and they sat there burning slowly until a customer like myself didn't check their food until they arrived at home. I am so disappointed.

Horrible customer service! If I could rate this a 0 I would! Cashier Kimberly H. Mistreated a less fortunate man horribly!! I couldn’t believe my eyes when she practically thew his change at him! When it was my turn to order she had such a bad attitude asking if that’s all I needed?!! I told her to loose her attitude and maybe find a job that didn’t interact with people! Level it up Little Caesar’s are you hiring anyone these days???

Back in the old days ,you'd show up and get your pizza. Seems like now, you order ahead of time or wait.

I ordered online to get my order delivered and the whole situation was horrible. I tried to contact doordash, because according to them that’s the procedure, then I contacted the store and even through Little Caesars the store wouldn’t respond. I had to drive to the store, and was told they can’t do anything about it. They gave me the pizza back but the $12 fee wasn’t even waived. Very rude, very disrespectful and also inconvenient. It seems like the team that was on shift this time is not fit to be left alone because there wasn’t a manager when I requested one. Other times I been very satisfied with the service but today it fell very short.

The pizza was cold, I didn't like it.

I love this Little Caesars Pizza location! I have so many memories of this place over the years simply because it's walking distance from my mom's house!

Vegetarian options: Even though they change employees like we change our underwear it still doesn't take away the fact that they just replace one awesome person for another!

The employees should be educated to have a smile on their face. Check your order before you leave. I have visited more than ten times. They made a mistake in two of my orders.
