I've gone to this store several times in the past year, and they always get something wrong. They give us the wrong pizza, or the ICB or Crazy Bread doesn't have the butter or parm on it, there's always at least one thing wrong. I order a half cheese half pep and every time I get a normal full pep. The times I've tried to talk to the employees, they are always dissociated and unhelpful. Not going here again.

How does a pizza order go missing I placed an order online 10/01/2023 thru the pizza portal and I've arrived on time and my pizza wasn't in the hot box portal I told the cashier and she told me my pizza and hot wings were picked up 2 minutes ago .ok but not from me and was told my order was picked up and gave me a number to call and explain my situation. How can someone pick up my pizza and wings with 3 digit code on the portal now I'm out 17 dollars till they return my call. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to . I don't recommend the pay first and pick up your order pizza portal

I guess it comes down to you get what you pay for. It's definitely one of the cheapest and quickest pizza spots around and the staff is alwaysfriendly. So for the price you can't beat it. I personally like their deep dish.
I know everyone experienced bad service but not me. I believe his name is Mario but he was such a gentleman. He was a handsome gentleman and polite to every customer when he was cashier. He didn't take long on my order and gave it to me within mins. I recommend for everyone to give him good tips on the excellent service he serves.

The past few times I've stopped in they didn't have any cheese ready so I had to wait 10 mins for the pizza. Now if only the bread sticks were consistently the same every time. Some times the bread sticks are small, and some days they're long. Please put more cheese topping on them.

Pizza is always great for gatherings! Best to order through app. Order has been wrong twice when placing on phone and had to wait 20+ minutes past quoted time when it should have been ready! Customer placing order in person got their pizza before we did while we waited and waited for just cheese pizza plus no red pepper flakes/Parmesan and missing marinara sauce.
