They should change their hours. We come from Anaheim and it says that they close at 8:00 pm, it is 7:00 and their two locations are closed, very bad experience.
It’s okay… and over priced

This is becoming a weekend morning favorite. I've tried all the different empanadas and still can't decide which I like the best.

I gave 5 stars for service because they always correct any mistakes when I order online. The online ordering is confusing when dealing with Lactose Intolerance, usually order black and hope my cafe de olla doesn’t come looking white as milk.
I also like to buy the bags of cafe de olla and make it myself at home since they are using the same stuff to make theirs. Staff is always friendly, place is CLEAN, environment is great to sit and the food isn’t too bad for the price.
I will continue to keep this place on my rotation because the level of commitment the business has in the location, I’ll always support local businesses in whittier.
Dietary restrictions: Servers are not well versed on what’s in the creamers, it’s a wishy washy answer so if you are lactose intolerant make your best decision.

The horchata latte was pretty good but there's a better option at Tierra Mia not too far from here. The horchata latte at Tierra Mia is better.

Everything is delicious, but it is incredible that they forget the order, I was waiting for about 20 minutes with the place empty until I asked for the coffee, they remembered, get on the line

It was delicious, the bread and cakes are so tempting!! I got a gansito frappe and the presentation was IMMACULATE!!! I couldn’t take a picture because I drank it all so fast. 10/10 recommend!

The rise & fall of mariachi bakery needs to be studied. When this place first opened it was really great. I would bring family & friends to try it but now I have to tell them to save their money. The coffee was always alright, never that good (4/10), the pan dulce was good (7/10), the food was delicious (10/10). Now the food is all microwaved & pan dulce is less than. The coffee is still not good though so there is some consistency. I hope to see this place restored to its glory days.

Purchased an iced horchata latte and it was undrinkable. Took one sip and knew it was a mistake. Also purchased a vanilla concha and it was so disappointing. Do not recommend especially after since a friend spoke so highly about it.

If you like to waste your money on over-hyped, inauthentic food & drinks, then this is the place for you. The food is not fresh, it's pre-made and microwaved. I ordered a breakfast burrito & a torta & they were so tiny with hardly any flavor. The matcha latte totally dissapointed but the coffee latte was okay. We also tried a mini concha & that also tasted inauthentic.

Place feel like a local Mexican Monarca. The pan dulce was alright. Not horrible but also, there have been softer I’ve had. The elotecito was a bit hard, the churro coffee cake was more like a scone, and the cream cheese danish (croissant) was ok. The traditional tres leches wasn’t like exceptional, and hovered above being mid. When you have like 10 options of tres leches, you kinda question whether the quality will even be there. Coffee was ok. I had the coffee de olla with oat milk and I have to say I did enjoy that it wasn’t overpowering sweet. I think the empanadas (adobo and rajas) were probably best but it’s hard to justify driving from koreatown out here just for those.
We wanted to try this place because of the different influencers recommending this spot and I suppose I do see the draw but like, yeah…probably won’t come out here again.
Staff was great. Outside seating was quaint. Overall this is a nice place just don’t know if it’s worth the hype.
