Marquez has had its ups and downs. And let’s be real during the pandemic the struggle has been real. Wifey and I just love their menudo and we go about every 6-8 weeks as our routine for years now. Honestly can say we are back as faithful clients. Tasty with enough spice and meaty portions and the option to have pasta. Yum yum. The place has been remodeled a bit which is a bit more inviting. Now the service. Good to see Miguel still waiting tables it’s familial. But...
