You incompetent employees can’t ever get an order correct. If I order an iced coffee I get no straw. I order a breakfast combo I get no hash brown. This is the worse McDonalds I’ve ever ordered from.

Our fries were cold, our burgers were cold and our drinks were flat. That pretty much sums it up. Wait, it was also expensive and looked like it was put together by people who couldn't care less.
I had some trouble with the app today 🙄. But then I talked to manager Eduardo, and he was so wonderful to assist, Definitely the best customer service I've experienced lately. Israel is also a cool dude, Plus, I grabbed the best fish sandwich in town 🐟 for lunch. Nothing beats a perfect fish sandwich and fries! Manager Cesar came out to greet me and I mentioned that his team is top nothch and I'd be back again. #customerservice #goodfood #lunch

This is the second time they have been giving me cold french fries. Is always the grave yard shift. Picked up my order at the drive thru around 3:15 am. Management needs to do something about it. Top it off the gentleman didn't apologize. Smh.
