This is the second time they have been giving me cold french fries. Is always the grave yard shift. Picked up my order at the drive thru around 3:15 am. Management needs to do something about it. Top it off the gentleman didn't apologize. Smh.

I remember when I was younger and would come to McDonald's and would receive service with a smile. Now you come to McDonald's and get employees that look miserable and give you that annoyed look when you ask them for something. I believe it starts management that has to see if employees don't want to work the drive thru windows, then put them to cook or clean.

Good morning Mr. Cesar Chavez,

I'm the gentleman who just ordered one number 8, 4 has browns, 2 apple pies and 2 frappes. I'm not going to waste my time to go back to your store, but my order was missing 2 has browns and my large coke no ice.

It would help to have someone that speaks and understands English over the intercom, and in window number 2 have extra ketchup and napkins ready for customers, not just the dusty ketchup packages that are on the window sill.

Me not going back to your store allows me to give you this great review.

Terrible service. It took around 20 minutes in the drive thru for someone to come take my order. Plus, the guy that took my order had a very nasty attitude. I don't know if this changed or not, but I tried to swap my child's drink for a mcflurry and he said they couldn't do that, even when I've done it on multiple occasions. This could be that they didn't have anymore or because it was late, but very poor customer service.

Oh boy this place has change a lot I used to come here a long time ago a few years later this place is gotten real bad extremely slow there’s no ketchup or other items available to pick up by the costumers waiting time to get your food inside the store is from 30min to 45 min I don’t recommend this Macdonald’s at all that’s why I don’t see any people dinning in terrible place wow I’m amazed
