THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE CONDIMENTS YOU ASK FOR!! 6 ranch cups were supposed to come with my delivery order and i only received 3. whether that location charges extra or not, they still won’t give you what you ask for.

Terrible experience. Placed a mobile order, came to pick it up. Was told go to spot 2, waited 25-30 minutes. Nothing. Went inside, looked like a shift change and my order was missing. Manager looked at my receipt and just walked away to deal with other guests and drive thru. Never even got my food as they focused on other orders they kept messing up.

Really disappointing experience. I tried to redeem a Monopoly prize and asked three employees for help, but none spoke English. After waiting so long in line, my phone screen timed out and I lost the prize. I spent all that time for nothing — McDonald’s should make the process easier and train staff to help customers better.
