Really bad place to order manager doesn’t help when asked since they take forever and give items to other that aren’t theirs. Came back again maybe had a bad day but it’s been constant mess up with them. Manager doesn’t do anything to help customers

I ordered at the screens because no one was at the counter. I requested to have my food to the table ( option available) because I am walking with a cane. No one brought the food, instead they call a name. I had to go to the counter to see it that was mine but no one was available. When someone finally approch me. I asked if someone could help taking my tray to my table and she responded that they were to busy. I started to take my food to my table and my coffee almost spills on top of me since I had to carry it with one hand. None of the 2 employees that saw me even try to help. It was only one of the customers that came in that helped me. To help some one with or wihout a disability it would have taking them no more than a couple of minutes. Where is the customer service?

What's the reasoning for having the order on the screen and asking if its right when its still wrong. And charging extra for sauces that cost nothing and then not including them after.

When I got home, a breakfast deluxe was missing from my order .
I called the store and they couldn't refund my money.

I work nearby. Forgot my spoon to eat lunch at work. Walked in this McDonalds and asked for a spoon. They gave me one and made my day . Thank you 💟👍
