Waited in a line a long line You know how McDonald's is it's always good when you get there all we wanted was a strawberry banana smoothie we get up to or Machines out of order at least that lazy manager could have went outside and put a sign out there so we didn't have to wait in that long long line to get all the way up It's not working manager do your job Everything else was great

Everyone is expected to receive mediocre customer service at any mcdonald's in the United States. I must have jumped into a different timeline this morning, because the lady at the drive through had exceptional customer service, so great.. it felt as if she was about to tug me into bed and read me a bedtime story with hot cocoa on the side.
