I just learned the Norwalk location is firing everybody and bringing in new people under new ownership. That tells me Tommy’s doesn’t give a damn about loyal employees who sacrificed days off to work when called to do so and often worked double shifts when needed.New ownership, hope you get what you deserve and your business shuts down soon. Prices for sodas have been higher making their combos cost too much.$3.30 for a small soda making combos $14.00 for the cheapest combo meal, no bueno.

My husband and I haven't been to Tommy's since before Covid. IT WAS SO GOOD! Love us a "cheat" day. He had a chili cheese dog with everything and I had the chili cheese tamale with everything. We shared an order of chili cheese fries with everything well done and a root beer. All was so good, hasn't changed a bit. PS: the fries were perfectly cooked...well done keeps them crispy under all the chili cheese!

Took forever to take my order, got to the window and took forever once again. So one would think their food was going to be so hot you burn the roof of your mouth. Load and behold it was all room temperature at best and I guess easy ice means pack it with ice.

I had the chili dog. It had plenty of chilli on top and sides. Sausage was good. I also had some chilli cheese fries. They were hot and delicious. Get plenty of napkins because it can get messy. This met my chilli craving!?

I haven't had Tommy's in years. What a treat it was to have a delicious chili cheese burger. I love this location because it's much closer than the L.A. location and its never crazy packed. Best thing is that everything taste exactly as it should. It was my kids first time eating Tommy's and they ate everything and unlike In & Out fries, Tommy's are actually good. Don't forget the pepperchinis!

In past visits Tommy's has never disappointed. Today, it was not good. Received my order quick only to find the chilly to lack flavor. I'm assuming it was watered down. ? I won't be back here again.
