On Monday Oct 2 2023, our school was hosting a fundraiser through Panda Express and so we decided to cater for our guests at our gathering. Well, one of our guests almost broke their molars when they were chewing their chow mein and this large rock shocked them!! This is very irritating. As a local, I am well aware to avoid this Panda location since it opened about 10 years ago. Always stale food, very chewy chicken (old ?), and somehow always feel some type of sick after eating from this location. Due to the fundraiser we had to eat here. And this experience is a confirmation of our bias against the owners/managers of this location. Unfortunately the person that bit into the rock is an elder and will be visiting a dentist for inspection. I hope someone in the Panda organization reaches out to us.

The super greens is real bad all they give you is broccoli and cabbage and no flavor. They need to add red pepper onions, green beans etc
I come her quite often and it is pretty good. I alternate so l won't get bored.The service is pretty fast and friendly..

Terrible service from their own managerI ordered the regular box combo food was good however the male manager who wears a black collared shirt Asian man is always rude I ordered and after ward I left I saw he was in hunched in his car with im assuming narcotics since he hunched over for a couple minutes at a time …I was parked in my car to the left of his vehicle very unprofessional to do at your jobs parking lot not to mention the severity of his temperI have visited this location before and he always mistreats both guests and associates

Foods never decent, service is meh, no napkins or working soda machine and tiped for barely mediocre service and price was more then my usual Chinese food place, yeah not coming back I know a way better place off telegraph and leffingwell called Chinese taste it's superior then this white washed Chinese garbage!
