At the checkout, the attention was good despite the fact that they left me standing while I was being served to talk to other people, then they gave me a sandwich where I said no sauce and they put it on me, they gave me an unpleasant pizza and I asked for lemon when in other paneras they give me This attention told me NO!!! I don't understand why all branches are supposed to be the same, but anyway, I'll definitely never come here again.

This is the second time I ordered an Iced Coffee and it is extremely watered Down!!! It taste like I ordered an ice water and they added a splash of coffee to it lol.This is ridiculous!!!! I had to go to Starbucks!!!!

I will be honest we havent had good experiences with Panera Bread but this location was decent and there was this great worker by the name of Jessica who was so courteous and helpful she gave our daughter a cookie for her birthday. In regards to location its spacious and pretty clean. The food is ok but I appreciate this location allowing us to stay dry out the rain for a few hours and truly rest as business owners who travel everyday! Thanks Panera.

There are three self-kiosk which make ordering easy when it's crowded.Coffee and hot water ran out really fast, and it seemed there weren't enough people to refill the dispensers as fast as they could.
I'm so sick right now, felt better enough to go get myself some food, was so looking forward to my meal, until I got home and as soon as I grabbed the bag , my soup spilled everywhere. I was so hungry and my meal was ruined. How about you make sure the containers are closed securely! I'm so upset

I ordered a veggie sandwich with no feta cheese and I checked the box for a milk allergy, and it looked like they mistakenly added cheese and scraped most of it out. There was also a piece of steak from another sandwich in my order stuck onto mine but I don't eat meat. I'm a sip club member and this is the closest panera to me but I avoid it because this isn't the first time this has happened. I understand I had a few modifications, but I work in food service too, and you always double check orders with allergies/mods.

They need to update the website on what is supposed to be on this sorry flatbread...Like for example only half of it will receive cheese, but will put tomatoes across the board lol.

This is my always go to place . I really like Panera.
I frequent this location since it's not far from my house and like the food and options. The soups are good, I normally order the cream of chicken with wild rice soup, which is delicious. I usually order the you pick two and get a soup and 1/2 a sandwich. My favorite is the frontega chicken or chipotle chicken, both are very good and well crafted. The pastries are delectable and always fresh. The staff here are amazing, friendly, and for the most part always get my order right since I use the drive thru.
