Staff still inside building doesn’t suppose to close until 5pm and we placed our order online . Got there and they just looked at us wouldn’t even come to the door to say anything we already paid for our food and they didn’t even have the common courtesy to say anything about our food our refund !

I had ordered wings early in the day and the wings where off. I tried calling them but the call wouldn't go through so I went later in the day with the all the wings to see how they can help me. The manager "Marcela" if that's even her real name. She stated she couldn't help me because I didn't have a receipt. I told her that I brought back all the wings and that I want fresh wings or a refund. I have the card I used to purchase the item but she didn't want to help me at all.

I've been impressed every time I visited this location. The staff is always great, my orders have always been accurate (and on the generous side), and ordering online usually offers coupons to help the customer get a good value.

Walked in to order at the counter and was greeted warmly and immediately. (In contrast to my closest Popeye’s.) Even without ordering ahead, I was in & out in less than five minutes. The chicken sandwich was excellent and the fries abundant.Definitely worth the extra drive.

The first time I went, they forgot about my order. I was mad and thought about never going back, but I gave them a second chance .its be good ever since that instance

Parking: Parking is way in the back, and it's small shared with 2 other places. No drive-through at this location can't park in front of location it's on a main street

Wheelchair accessibility: It would be difficult to go all the way to the front of the building then enter through the non automatic doors

This Popeye's has ample parking, a friendly staff and a cozy though not-so-big dining area -- which is fine, since many customers appear to come for pickup orders. The selection for this visit was the blackened chicken tenders with a side of cole slaw. The cole slaw definitely holds its own along with the other side orders; and Popeye's crispy-or-blackened option is a welcome change from the usual crispy-or-grilled choice. This tender, juicy, flavorful offering is definitely recommended and likely to become a favorite.
