Great food chicken with juicy and crispy, very fresh and delicious. This is 2025 while the staff here are nice people need to have realistic expectation. For fast food as long as they get me food fast and did not mess up my order this is five star. Stop complaining attitude problem they are short-staffed multitasking it might sometimes come off as rude but, this is fast food. Get your food and get out 😁 people.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but i had to . This is by far the most disappointing Popeyes i’ve been to. The meat was pink and looked off . Very strange, we got a 5 piece and it was the same for all the pieces we received. The mac n cheese tasted like it was reheated and was soupy. The red beans and rice were sour . Not sure if they reused the leftovers from the day before but thats what it seemed and tasted like . I didn’t bother to call because I’ll just never return to that location. Cleanliness and service were fine just the food quality was horrible .

I like Popeyes but it is expensive!! It cost me $16 for a 5 piece chicken tenders without the combo option!! However, they accept EBT so that's a plus.

Good, fast, friendly service

A little cold inside the restaurant but it was clean and pristine. Gentleman who provided service to me was 2,000% excellent. Clean cut, professional and managerial. I ordered 2 busicuits with honey. Excellent.

The worst popeyes ever! If I can rate a zero I would. I had ordered a family bundle through delivery and they didn’t give me some items. I tried calling the store and the number doesn’t even work. In order to avoid coming out because I’m sick I ordered for delivery. I had to come out of bed to the store and get the items that were missed to feed my family and I. Then when I came to the store I asked for the manager (Albert). Explained the situation to him, and he had the audacity to tell me that he bagged my order and all food was there. I told him I’m not going to be coming out of bed to the store to lie to you and being sick. I couldn’t believe the customer service I got. It’s sad that us good people have to reap what bad people have done to people for someone to not believe them. I’ll be talking to the store manager.

Staff still inside building doesn’t suppose to close until 5pm and we placed our order online . Got there and they just looked at us wouldn’t even come to the door to say anything we already paid for our food and they didn’t even have the common courtesy to say anything about our food our refund !

I had ordered wings early in the day and the wings where off. I tried calling them but the call wouldn't go through so I went later in the day with the all the wings to see how they can help me. The manager "Marcela" if that's even her real name. She stated she couldn't help me because I didn't have a receipt. I told her that I brought back all the wings and that I want fresh wings or a refund. I have the card I used to purchase the item but she didn't want to help me at all.
