If I could give a 0, I would. I'm not the type that leaves a bad yelp review. Ordered a mix and match and the kid was telling me I couldn't mix and match?!THEN I waited for my food for 40 MINUTES and then I knocked on their window and they were purposely ignoring me... and once they finally heard me they said I could only order drive thru even though I already ordered! And then the manager or whoever the lady with the fake lashes says that she never got the order on her screen?!? Like I said NEVER have I ever wrote a bad yelp review but this place is managed so terrible. 0/10

I ordered the cheese champ. Where’s the cheese??? Not sure how you got that one wrong. Then I asked for ketchup and the cashier was not friendly when I asked her at all. Idk I might be fine never coming back, $15 for a burger and poor service isn’t worth it

They didn't serve me because I would have liked it, they sold me the product and they didn't give me any type of sauce, neither spicy 🌶️ nor tomato 🍅

Really bad customer service the attendant girl who was at drive-through very ugly attitude and poor customer service. My burger was cold and smashed it’s unfortunate because I was really craving this place it had been years since I had it back in Texas.
I also dislike that you no longer speak to a person you speak to a computer that that’s who takes your order and when you drive up to pay then you speak to a human.

Does good customer service exist or even matter anymore? I placed a mobile order in hopes of expediting the process, I waited 20+ minutes before even being acknowledged outside the pick up window. I knocked on the window several times and got no answer. When the employee finally answered she had a horrible attitude and was flat out rude. Anyways, train these employees to be kind and generous. The customer keeps you all in business, remember that!
The food isn't bad for the prices. Pretty good value. The thing that makes going to this place is the staff. The woman at the walk up window earlier today was openly hostile toward everyone in the line. When I got to the window and received my share of rudeness, I asked if she may have been having a bit of a rough day. She responded that no, she hadn't and she was just fine. Which leaves me only to the conclusion that this is her daily demeanor toward paying customers. That is atrocious. I understand that since this location accepts EBT, the customer base may be lower income individuals. But lower income doesn't mean lower life form. I'd imagine that the EBT money is still green in the eyes of the owner, so treating walk-up customers like they're bothering you should be a big no-no.
The new law in California that entitles fast food workers to a decent $20 an hour wage should have the added benefit of courteous service, since it's a better paying job now. It appears as though that concept of improving the customer experience has been lost on this place. 2 stars with hopes of a better experience IF I come spend my money here again.
PS... Next time someone orders a brisket sandwich, put some brisket on it. 🤦🏽♂️

I guess this specific Rally's was bought out by some corporate "elite restaurant group" with their big sign in the drive thru and let me tell you this Rally's is no longer worth going to. I used to get the baconzilla all the time. Every time I did in the past, the burger was juicy, had lots of cheese sauce coming out of the burger, and had thick cut bacon. The last two times, it was no longer wrapped in foil, which was the first sign they they started cutting costs. Of course as soon as I opened it up, I was greeted by a sad looking excuse for a "baconzilla" that looked like a plain double burger with barely anything added to it, no more cheese pouring out the side with lots of ketchup, and even the patties didnt quite seem the same although im not sure if those are indeed different. The biggest kick in the face, though, was the switch to that cheap jack in the box stye bacon that's super thin, and they barely put 2-3 strips on it. Compared to them putting at least 4-5 thick cut pieces in the past. If you want what you pay for, don't come to this Rally's. I just hope the one in bellflower wasn't bought out too cause that's the next closest one.

Great priced value meal, burger, fries, chicken nugget and drink under $6.00 bucks not bad the fries are great! You'll definitely want more fries. Rallys really has one bad set back the drink is way too small as they don't offer re-fills on any size.

we ordered via drive thru and they had artificial intelligence take the orders, it was so slow and orders were inaccurate. food is sub par, edible but nothing too crazy, okay price, just wanted to try out the t pain meal but it was not worth it.
