Covid-19 - If I’m required to wear a mask in your store, your employees are too. They have 20 signs posted saying 'Mask Required', yet the lady at the register isn't wearing one. I asked her why she's not wearing a mask, she said "Oh yea, i forget" Just because your employee is standing behind a shield doesn’t mean masks aren't required. Food quality is good here, but over priced.

Food is good and the price is affordable. Just the customer service is a 1 star. They treat you like their giving you the for free when your paying I other just for my self and pay $19+ for my lunch for 1 person I prefer to pay more and get a great customer service. I just to a regular customer and now I'm not coming back neither recommended any body here.

I just order from here and as I'm paying the cook preparing the food is eating and picking at the food she's putting in my to go container. I couldn't eat the food. It was disgusting especially in the times we live in. Beware.

This place sucks. Always takes for ever. Always have given this place extra chances but today was the final straw. Made me late to clock back in from lunch. Got a bowl and all the beef is cheap meat. Nothing but chewy fat. Have thrown out all the beef I've been eating. They encourage to call ahead but every time I call they never answer me. I work literally 1 minute away and still manage to never be satisfied. Take my word for it. Go somewhere else. Overheard cook mention they recently lowered their prices and customer asked about quality and she said....it's similar. Not returning ever again.

I performed multiple tasks for the business owner and was never compensated for my time and effort invested. I was told by others that have also participated in this restaurant that it's the norm, the business owner gets people to come and perform work and ultimately prefers to move on to the next person in need of income to not pay and that's not fair.

It would be a 1 Star if the food wasn't good. Phone order ahead of time. I placed an order for 2 entrees and currently still waiting over 30 minutes. Def not fast food. If you're coming for lunch order 3 days ahead! Lol

First time coming and already had good customer service :) that's one thing I look for when I come to order food.... the price's were really affordable for the amount of food we order... they did say they went down two to three dollars less .... service was fast too.... place looked really clean they have gloves and hand sanitizers in front... I order a teriyaki bowl, beef bowl , chicken and pork plate and shrimp soba and they gave us free veggie egg rolls :) everything tasted so good....they even told us they were going to update the menu soon so definitely coming back for more
It's a pain to get into and out of the parking lot then I get there at 257 pm and the lady says they close at 3. Never going back again. And I really wanted to try it. Very disappointed in your customer service

Food was fresh and delicious. I got the chicken teriyaki with white rice and salad. I was completely satisfied. My husband got the bento and loved it. We are both a little picky but there was nothing wrong with our meals. We will definitely order again soon!
