Year's ago after not going to Shakey's since I was a kid I went to the one near LAX. The PCM immediately hooked me. Since then I have been going to my local SA one, which is OK. I decided to write one for this location because I saw someone write a bad one for this restaurant and didn't agree with that review. I go to this location when I am hanging out with a friend from that neighborhood. It is a decent one on par with the...Cypress? Location. The service and food here is good and I enjoy the Buffet. Parking is also good. Free parking and I always get a close spot.

Charity and Noelani very friendly and professional both with great attitude and superior Customer service. I came from Boise Idaho to visit family. I would recommend visiting Shakey's on Firestone for the best Customer service possible

Love the food, especially wings and mojos. Excellent service, beer is served in ice chilled containers (picjers and mugs). Staff is easy to talk to and very helpful. Very clean space. Thank you, Noelani, for the great service.

The staff at this location is always friendly and attentive. They make sure you’re taken care of whether you’re taking the food to go or dining in. The manager is a sweet heart and you can tell he treats his employees with respect. It shows in the way the employees treat customers. We’re always happy to support our local Shakey’s :)
