We came for today's buffet!!! Jose Calidonio hard friendly worker. We was setting up the buffet but still made us seem seen. He also excepted some of our custom order pizzas we need due to allergies. He Repeatedly checked on our table and very attentive to our large party. He would bring us new clean plates and clean our table up so we had room for our plates and cups. Also noticed he was also attending other tables around the restaurant. Such a wonderful and great experience for our family ages from 43-1 year old a group of 12

I just had a party for my 12 year old daughter at the Norwalk Shakey’s. I made sure to book my party a few weeks in advance. I stopped in with questions before the party. Staff were very helpful and provided me options and allowed me to pick seating area. The tow employees that helped (Matthew and Javier) to clear plates and deliver food to the table were wonderful! My daughter and 12 of her friends had the best time together. I’m so happy with how smooth everything went. Thank you

Year's ago after not going to Shakey's since I was a kid I went to the one near LAX. The PCM immediately hooked me. Since then I have been going to my local SA one, which is OK. I decided to write one for this location because I saw someone write a bad one for this restaurant and didn't agree with that review. I go to this location when I am hanging out with a friend from that neighborhood. It is a decent one on par with the...Cypress? Location. The service and food here is good and I enjoy the Buffet. Parking is also good. Free parking and I always get a close spot.
