Year's ago after not going to Shakey's since I was a kid I went to the one near LAX. The PCM immediately hooked me. Since then I have been going to my local SA one, which is OK. I decided to write one for this location because I saw someone write a bad one for this restaurant and didn't agree with that review. Charity and Noelani very friendly and professional both with great attitude and superior Customer service. I came from Boise Idaho to visit family. I would recommend visiting Shakey's on Firestone for the best Customer service possible
