The staff is terrible and rude, and if you ask for anything extra or try and get a custom drink they give you such attitude. The only time this place is good is the drive thru when the good employee is working. If you live around here, you know what I'm talking about. Worst location in town.

Unfriendly not letting us use the restroom even though my neighboring business talways sends customers to them, ongoing problems with this place from day it opened

Refused to let us use the bathroom when my daughter was sick. I spend too much damn money at Starbucks to be treated like a vagrant.
Some rude worker named "JC" wouldnt let me use the restroom even though i placed an order and started saying i was lying about my order while i basically on the verge of peeing myself, real crappy location

They focus on drive thru orders. The employees are all rude. The whole store vibe was not good. None of the employees talk to each other.

Showed up yesterday night to order a coffee and waters at the drive thru. Upon arriving I said hello, could I please get two trenta iced waters and a venti caramel macchiato. The lady replied “sir I’m gonna need you to speak up as I cannot hear you, “I said let me get two trenta waters and a caramel macchiato, she says is that all, I said yes. After her repeating my order back she goes is that all, I scream yes that is all and pull off. The second I get up to the window she says “I didn’t get to get all your order before you pulled off”. I replied “ maybe you guys need new headsets as I’m speaking louder than you”. She then says “maybe it’s the door”. I said I doubt it, “I said maybe you just have selective hearing to which she replied sarcastically “maybe”. I then said or is it you just can’t hear when a white person is speaking. “ she says that’s a weird thing to say”. I replied saying “well it’s weird that you say you can hear everyone else but me”. I then asked for her name which was Bree or Bri (not sure the spelling) For $6 a coffee I shouldn’t be having to repeat myself and people should learn proper customer service and how to listen before speaking and listen closer. If you can’t hear me ask me to pull around, because to me it seems she just wants to play games and can hear me perfectly fine, her responses to me telling her about it, make me think that’s the case as well. Avoid Starbucks or go somewhere with considerate workers, the coffee is far to expensive for the service level you get in return for your money.

That red-head wearing a hairkerchief/bandana working at the window today needs to fix her attitude. It is barely 10AM, and she is already having a terrible day. You do not have the right to speak rudely to people who are polite with you. Her parents need to teach her some manners.
Not only did she give us her sloppy attitude, but she only gave us two straws for the four drinks we ordered.
As for the stars, not once has any other Starbucks rudely told us, "Next time, let us know you're going to scan that."
We didn't know we are supposed to let you guys know before we create an order to scan our account for Stars. This is the first of hearing it. And if that is the actual rule and policy, at least the other employees of Starbucks were so kind and didn't even mention a word and just went on with their day because it is so minimal. If you want to inform people, inform them kindly.

Around 6:00 AM to 6:15 AM this morning, "Monday March 11 2024 I was sitting inside Starbucks and was enjoying my large blonde roast coffee when I heard some jerk at the drive thru window using every 4 letter word he knew screaming at one of the nicest employees. She did nothing wrong at all but take the order of a very racist piece of garbage that clearly hates the world along with himself every day. The Starbucks employee named Stacy deserves 5 Stars for being so professional and the jerk driving the Jeep deserves a flat tire every day for the rest of the year. You are a winner Stacy. Never forget that.
