Around 6:00 AM to 6:15 AM this morning, "Monday March 11 2024 I was sitting inside Starbucks and was enjoying my large blonde roast coffee when I heard some jerk at the drive thru window using every 4 letter word he knew screaming at one of the nicest employees. She did nothing wrong at all but take the order of a very racist piece of garbage that clearly hates the world along with himself every day. The Starbucks employee named Stacy deserves 5 Stars for being so professional and the jerk driving the Jeep deserves a flat tire every day for the rest of the year. You are a winner Stacy. Never forget that.

As a former employee I know how the system works, I barely made it through the drive through before they closed, but unfortunately the vehicle infront of me made it too late for me to order when I got up to the kiosk, once I did the chick told us”I’m sorry the system won’t let me” so we were stuck driving all the way through the window. Once we go there all the employees hid like they didn’t see us and all I wanted was a cup of water and ice! Y’all suck in device

Ordered a venti drink with light ice. They filled the whole cup with ice. Asked nicely to make a new one they said they wouldn’t. Had to change my tone to make them make it. Then they made the worst drink ever. They’re so rude. I don’t recommend going to this store.

The night shift workers never make the drinks right, always syrup at the bottom of the drinks when it's not hard to mix it, and yes I know I can mix it with a straw but when you have a foam drink that's meant to be sipped from the cup now I'm just wasting straws and if I'm driving I'm not gonna throw a messy straw in my car. Attitude to customers at the drive thru was poor, felt like they were just trying to get us out of here even though we needed a napkin because the drink they handed us was covered in coffee/foam..they could have at least wiped the drink off with a napkin instead of making the customer do it. I don't want a sugary mess in my car.Day time shift workers however have been doing a great job. The service and drinks are quite literally night and day.I get everyone has bad days, which is why i kept coming back, but when bad experiences only come at a certain time of day consistently then that's a problem.

This Starbucks sucks they always give u shitty drinks too yesterday I went in for the fall drinks ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew why did they give me just the cold brew and hardly any pumpkin cream I even ordered extra too for that same reason because I knew they would short me out my drink was not up to standard at all
