One of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Service was terrible and the place was very dirty. I arrived just after opening and the chairs were all over the place, filthy dust and food crumbs all over the floor. The cashier looked like she just rolled out of bed, no grooming standards what so ever and super unfriendly.

When you make an order, there is an expectation to receive what you ask for. There was an error with one of our drinks and the issue was addressed with the barista. A replacement drink was made and again, another error. How many times do you have to ask to get it right. There are times when even if you're nice about it, you need to size the opportunity to make it right.

What else can u say. It's starbies. Great new summer flavors even with added spice. That what's up. Love it!
Kid-friendliness: Most starbucks employees are nice. Some look stressed out, but it's ok. Coffee and all goodies are do good! Keep the lavender foam, guys, It's a big hit and also all the other flavored foams as u guys spoiled so can't stop now.? Coolness!

So I live in Texas and I’m out here just for the weekend and I just came through your drive-through and met the most wonderful employee!!!!Dels thank you so much for for being kind and showing what kindness looks like. Sometimes we get caught up in the service industry and people forget kindness should be a part and you my friend are kind!!! I wish that every good thing happens to you in this world. You absolutely deserve it and thank you for your kind words. #TeachersHaveItHard I hope management sees this comment and congratulate her personally as well. She is an absolute joy and it was a pleasure going through your drive-through this morning!!!!

My favorite excuse...
I ALWAYS use my personal cup but they didn't give me the bonus stars (25 for using MY cup) because I used a coupon!! You usually get .10¢ off but I just want my stars! The person who took the order wasn't clear about not getting the personal cup bonus, granted it was crowded but that doesn't mean you just stop helping the person at the counter! And she didn't let me even finish my order before suggesting something to add to my coffee.And I ordered WITHOUT ice and she was filling it up with ice & I was yelling, "NO ice", she did take it out and i asked, "doesn't it say no ice?" She said, "it does I just didn't see it"!!! It was the FIRST thing on the ticket after my name.Personal note, don't "cheat" on my regular location!!

The manager, Sergio, is more harmful than helpful. He is a drain on employees mental health, does not take the time to properly set a schedule, or keep his store stocked. He does not put the store in a position to succeed regardless of how hard he pushes his team. I have seen baristas pushed to tears by unruly customers while he sits in the back on his computer desperately trying to look busy. Several of my favorite baristas from this location have quit in the last several months and they all cite one reason: the GM sergio.
