I've been ordering online from this Starbucks for YEARS. I went through the drive thu today and was a bit confused on my order that I usually order. My fault. I wanted half cream and half milk in both the coffee orders. Basically I guess I got the order wrong because he proceeded to tell me that was only made with dark roast, no milk and if I wanted creamer? I said it's made with milk, even shows on the app. I come to the window and Lloyd proceeds to tell me what I ordered. He knows I ordered it wrong but he wanted to make sure I knew I guess because I couldn't get a word in edgewater. So NOW I'm frustrated and asked to be helped be some one else. LLOYD REFUSED TO LEAVE THE WINDOW HE WAS LEANING OUT OF. so I then cursed at him. Customer provoked? Yes! He wouldn't oblige. Another employee a girl, and asked to see my phone, I showed her what I wanted meanwhile Lloyd I'd still there at the window. The girl couldn't see my phone be well probably because HE was in the way. She asked to hold my phone. My question is if you know the name of the coffee as I'm reading out loud to them, WHY does she need to see my phone? Like I'm lying or something? I was refused and when I asked ro leave, I asked for the store number. I was told to look it up myself. A 3rd employee came to the window and I asked him for the identification store#and he was polite and gave it to me. It was not right for me to curse. That being said, maybe next time do what the customer asked of you by getting someone else to help because being provoked can cause one to curse. Then the focus is on me, the customer for cursing and NOT THE REAL ISSUE. WRONG BE DRINKING STARBUCKS ANYMORE. THANKS LLOYD😒
It's better than it used to be, but it's annoying that they ask my name and get it wrong every time even though I go a few times a week. I've been Ken, Gwen, Lynn, but never Quinn lol
Thanks you to the morning staff ! Today 9-20-25 for the best experience and the lovely and thoughtful note on my beverages that makes my days even better especially when they're not starting off as an ideal morning. After visiting here, all is well. My doppio espresso on ice was delicious! Thank you! Amber🤎🎃

I walked in and waited over 25 minutes for a simple Mocha Grande🤷 I understand that the drive through is busy but I could have driven through twice in the drive through with the time I waited in the shop. If I hadn't paid first I would have left. To top it off not even an apology or excuse was given🤦

Went to get a sandwich and a pumpkin Frap for my eldest grandkid. Plus the 5 year old wanted a water. We asked for the strawberry inclusion. For her water. Then I asked for 2, I need to take my meds. The total was 12. Something at the 1st screen. When I got to the register I asked for a napkin, please. She said okay. Then she brought out the scanner. I asked again, can I please have a napkin. Finally got my napkin. My sick granddaughter was sneezing and needed tissue. She then scanned my stars and told me 20.70. I thought she mixed up my order with someone else. She said no, we changed the prices for your water. It was now 4.25 each for water with my strawberry inclusion (4 dehydrated strawberries).
I paid it, since they made it. And I needed water for my meds. But that's fricken ridiculous. How do you change prices in mid order! Scandalous.
I take my eldest granddaughter there basically 3 days a week. And I have never had such terrible service or upcharge. Not to mention this was a small child size cup! Not even a xl cup. What a flippen rip off. Very disappointed.

It's daytime, at the hour when the store is nearly empty, barely any customers. The middle-aged staff member with glasses and headphones doesn't greet, instead, she chooses to scrutinize, profiling you to see if you've bought anything yet. She smells outdated, with a hiss almost escaping her nostrils, past her prime, like the store's faded decor; maybe a changed location like Mississippi or Georgia would suit her antics better.
I am writing to follow up on a mobile order I placed earlier today. While I understand that your location is often busy, my order was delayed by approximately 15 minutes. My understanding is that mobile orders are intended to be prepared and ready for pickup upon arrival the employees prefer to eliminate the drive thru first than Mobile orders or walk-ins. This delay significantly impacted my schedule.
While I appreciate the challenges of managing high order volumes, I would like to respectfully request that improvements be made to mobile order fulfillment processes to ensure timely preparation.
Disappointed with two employees, correct your customer service.

Love this place but store hours not accurate. It’s barely 845pm and told by rep that store is closing when online it says until 1030pm and drive thru up to 9pm. This needs to be clarified. Thanks.
The employees were great. The restrooms are clean. Nice place.

Terrible Starbucks. I go to Starbucks all over California but I’ve never been treated so poorly. This goes far beyond just not being greeted. I work remotely running route all over California and today I needed to get some work done on my vehicle. I went into this Starbucks because generally my Starbucks experiences are one of chill vibes you could say. On this day I happen to have already bought a drink and just wanted to sit quietly and wait for my car to be ready however you could tell the employees would have rather been anywhere else. I could tell by the way the employees were acting that I was in a not so great part of Norwalk you could say. I sat there quietly minding my business on the Wi-Fi however when I needed to use their restroom they decided it was time to exercise their authority by telling me restrooms were for customers only. Sounds logical however I am a customer I just wasn’t purchasing anything today. I plan on reducing my visits to Starbucks after this visit. It’s ashamed that a few bad locations can make the whole brand look so unappealing.
