Come here on mornings when I’m running late to pick up coffee and breakfast. I place it as a mobile order and pick up before getting on the freeway. Most days it’s there no problem. Sometimes they are busy and I need to wait, but shit happens and it doesn’t happen often enough for me to care . But today I pick up my order and had “Can u See?” Written on my cup. I’m all for being cryptic but this crosses the line to creepy. Did I offend someone at the store, am I supposed to understand if this is a reference. I’m over the writing on the cups, a tiny smiley face, fine but a weird message. Yeah, no.

The worst customer service I've ever seen at a Starbucks. 6-7 useless employees, and the manager is even worse. 8-10-25 3:35pm
I was greeted as soon as I walked in, but it wasn't genuine. Both employees were just too busy. Doing their own tasks before they stopped what they were doing to help me out. And once they found out, I was just a delivery driver picking up an order.I was met with pretty stern communication by both employees

I do not understand how you could have a bad experience in the morning, you just have to make sure Lazarus is working, he’s such a sweetheart! Always making my morning with the funny messages on the cup. I only came to this Starbucks 2-3 times but after he took the time to get to know me, asking how my morning is, my name and such, I decided to come here often! He’s one of the sweetest baristas I’ve ever met!

I asked for a Mobile order to pick it up and not stand in line, is imposible they don’t open the doors.
It was closed, the woman was very rude because I didn’t order in the voicebox, but I had already ordered in the app , the service in this store is horrible.
DON’T GO, THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

It sucked, there was 3 cars in front of me. Waited about 15 minutes for my order, then when I finally got to the window. The lady at the drive thru hits me with a different name and order 😂🤣 so she had forgotten to put in my order 😮💨 anyway, I just left without a coffee and pastry. Just bought the 3 gift cards I also needed.

Steph helped me out today, she was very welcoming and really made me feel at home. After a not-so-good day the service I got put a smile on my face.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I've been too, they always lock their doors before lobby hours, their customer service sucks they don't great people, and everytimw I try to get my points they back out of something now I've started to log out and log back in and check my receipts. I'm so tired of this place and this is the closest by my job. Service is crap

Update: I was told to reach out to Starbucks's customer service, as stated in the reply below. They did nothing to help and wasted my time.
Came in to order a tea, but I needed to use the restroom first. When looking for the restroom, I saw there were two doors; one said out of order, but the other was open, so I went in.
After I had finished but was still in the process of washing my hands, there was a knock on the door and then a yell telling me that it was an employee restroom only.
When I came out seconds later, the person was gone, so I went to the front to ask who yelled through the restroom door.
The manager finally came out & I asked her what was the point of yelling at me when everyone working at the front saw me looking for and going in the restroom, and no one said to me that I couldn't use it. There was no sign on the door saying I couldn't use it. There was no sign on the door saying it was an employee-only restroom, and it was unlocked and open.
Hopefully, this controlling manager doesn't treat her employees like she does the customers - very rude and demanding, but when confronted about her actions, she crumbles like a cookie.
