It tasted like complete water the girl that helped me the second time made me feel like I was lying I had to provide not only the cup and a receipt but another cup with the same receipt on it got to be the worst Starbucks customer service I've ever had the second drink my wife received was so sweet and so full of syrup she could not even drink it was totally done on purpose

I can’t believe the service here!!!! It’s absolutely awful!!!! They close the lobby area 30 mins till 7:00 p.m they took my order at the drive thru didn’t give me an item so I got off went to try and go inside and it was locked. I was knocking on the window while there was a worker sitting there and she didn’t even budge. I then had to walk up to the drive thru like a weirdo yelling over the car that was there to pay and get their order. I told the female that she missed my item and said I’ll take it out to you. I went to the front for my item and I waited another 6 minutes till a car finally says “hey I got your pastry she gave it to me” what kind of service is this????????? Who gives a stranger my pastry???? PLUS this place is always out of everything. UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE FULLEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Especially at Starbucks where people are dealing with people for the first time and are seeking coffee. They don't need your shit to start their day off in a negative way. Worst experience at Starbucks ever. I asked for the Barbie Frappuccino drink and Brenda did not know how to make it for my God daughter. I tried to give her the ingredients to make it and still she refused. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE NERVE!!If you are expecting good service do NOT come to the Starbucks in Norwalk and pray you do not get Brenda because she is NOT helpful. Worst experience at a Starbucks EVER!!!!
