I went to the drive through. I got me a tall hot chocolate with peppermint and I got home and the cup was half way filled up. I called back. I paid $5 for this thing and they were very rude. Because I didn't want to touch the dirty machine to run. My debit card, I think they had a problem with me. I said I don't touch those things. Everybody's sick right now. And the girl looked at me crazy. So, when I brought my hot chocolate home, it was halfway filled. I called back over there and they were laughing at me. This is October the 8 and 8:24 PM.
Very, very dissatisfied with the 3 girls that are working in there right now. I asked him how much I paid for this chocolate and they say supposedly find dollars , maybe

Unprofessional and rude workers. Yanked the money from my hand and I had my phone out ready to scan for my points and was immediately sparky. Never going there again -_-

By far the worst location! They are rude, I tried to ask a question and got ignored! Of course the guy who was rude didn’t have his name on his name tag, it was BLANK! Now I clearly know why. Their bathroom is disguising, pub hairs on the toilet rim, grimy and pee on the floor and seat. It literally looks like they haven’t clean it in weeks!!!

The lady of the morning was not very helpful or nice. More so rude. I went in to order a drink & pick up a mobile order and the three workers didn’t bother to greet me or acknowledge me. When I was waiting to be attended the girl on the espresso machine saw me and deliberately ignored me for a couple minutes before she decided to help me. Shortly after ordering my drink I asked for the restroom code and the same girl ignored me and gave me the code the second time I asked for it. Lastly, I asked the same girl for a cup holder as she was the only one in the front and she saw the plastic was still on the pack of holders. She then unwrapped the holders and didn’t bother to hand me one, she just said “you can grab it from there”. If I could leave zero stars for service I would have.

I’m only giving this review because the staff including management from the morning shift it’s horrible every time I go in the morning I have to wait for 20 minutes just to get 1 or 2 cookies not warm for my kids that go to school, so I approach the manager to let him know that only when that girl it’s on cashier I have to wait a long time when they can just hand out the cookies right once I’m done paying but he said they are following procedures and I still had to wait to get my cookies now i can say that it can be because of sanitary reasons but I’m asking for my cookies just the way they come with the plastic bag so,I’m so mad because since they know me now it seems like they made me wait on purpose. Since I’ll be complaining because of the wait time . Nick shouldn’t be a manager the way he talks to the customers with that sarcasm way where we can do nothing because whatever he says it goes . They need a new cashier register and a new management for this shift . Next time I will record my experience so they can see I’m not exaggerating.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! I have been to many others who don’t make a latte with much flavor and love, I moved away from Norwalk but still I’ll drive down to get my coffee here. Unbelievable amount of love and flavor in every cup. I’ll drive here any day!

Really tiered of this spot. Food portions a re ridicusly small, no respect for walk-in clients, some of the employees are actually pretty cool, but lately, that has changed. And won't take cash some times... oh well.

We had ordered a mobile order ahead of time so that way we can get our drinks and be on our way, but as we were waiting in the drive thru line the cashier at the window was taking way too long to give us our order while talking to her coworker instead of helping us with our drinks that were clearly ready from where I could see. I do not appreciate this service that I received while also running late. Thank you.

This is my go-to Starbucks when I'm in the area. My elderly dad has physical therapy a few times a week down the street. After I drop him off, I set up my laptop and work while I wait for him to finish. The baristas are great. I've been doing this for almost 2 years, and I'm still welcomed with a smile and kindness. They're fast and make me feel welcomed. I've never had any issues, and I'm usually their at least 2 times a week for an hour.

Although the service was just fine, this was definitely by far the dirtiest Starbucks we have ever seen. The floors were dirty and we've been to many gas stations with cleaner restrooms.
