Just go to the one on Rosecrans and Studebaker. This subway is always out of bread, out of soup, and can't even microwave their meatballs enough.

Order via uber eats. I asked for a simple toaster turkey sandwich with cheese mayo and mustard and salt and pepper. They send me an un toasted bread with the turkey and lettuce! Seriously I wasn't asking for much! I call to complain and the guy said I can go back to the store and " like a free drink or something"

i come here often because i live by 166th in artesia, but as of yesterday i totally have a different vantage of this place. i arrived there on sept 19 around 3:30pm after work and there was only two, very incompetent employees. A girl and boy, very young. I arrive and the young lady had explained that there was no bread. really? no bread and they were barely going to bake some. Luckily, they had one more loaf of flat bread that i requested and i took that one. Not only did she improperly assembled my sandwich, but she had also explained there was no more toppings. I mean they had nothing! looked very messy and unsanitary! gross. Anyway, all they had was spinach and tomatoes and thats all i got! i should have just left and not wasted my money. I hope the manager sees this and knows what kind of employees he has lacking simple job skills of preparing and making a sandwich. luckily theres another subway on norwalk and artesia! I'm going to start going over there!

When I went in no customers were there but only male employee was making internet order. But he asked to wait lil bit until he finish he was very courteous. He made my sandwich roght and I went home happy. I ordered pit smoked brisket which is great.

If I could Give a 0 star I would. Both Employees that were working there were very very Rude. I asked for a flat bread toasted with American cheese. The bread Was NOT toasted what so ever. It was soggy AF. And when I informed her if I can get a new sandwich she had ver bad attitude and mad a very ugly face. As she was making the new sandwich she didn't place the ingredients on the bread but more of throwing everything on the bread and wrapping. When I asked for chipotle sauce she was here trying to have a smart a** remark and said do you want it on the side because it will get soggy. S/O to Rude A** Alma The Employee that made the most sloppy a** Sandwich and has the worst attitude ever.

Possibly one of the worst subway ever to be franchise in the city of Norwalk and have no what so ever any customer service and are very rude and make Little comment back to customers and wanna make face when trying to make my sandwich right . It's not that hard to make a dam sandwich and I was not rude at all was every kind till I got home and ate my disappointment of a sandwich
