My chicken was white and so pink inside! The lady looked so lazy and irradiated too as soon as I got in the food court, I am sure it was her who left the chicken raw too.

I come here for the convenience as I work on campus. There is always a really long line (expect to wait at least 20 minutes), and I've only seen 2 people working at once which sometimes 1 is on break during lunch hour. They aren't the friendliest and have zero sense of urgency. Today they were out of a lot of bread and avocados.

Damn. I really hate to give two stars because I come here often but it's only out of convenience and considering other options. Located in the food court of the Cerritos College campus. The stars are really because of attitudes of the people who work here. Maybe not all, but at least those who have made my sandwiches in the past are not friendly. They don't smile and make me feel like I need to be out of their life. I've been to other Subways before to know this is not the norm. Additionally, down in cleanliness. There was an incident where there was a fly in the cookie area, another customer spotted it and brought it to the attention of the Sandwich Artist and they just opened the cookie area, batted the fly away and put the same cookies back!!!! I mean gross!!! If that happened in front of our eyes I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors... As a matter of fact, the more I think about this makes me realize this is a huge NO! so I'm recanting one of my stars. @subway: Please help this location, it's the healthiest choice on campus albeit not the most sanitary.

This "Subway" is Clean, Always well Stocked. Staff is Great, Knowledgeable, Personable and Always Look Wonderful in Their Uniforms, and We Can't Forget the Sandwiches. The Hot Italian sandwich is my favorite
