Was halfway done with my sandwich when I noticed a piece of hair. At first I thought it was my hair and tried taking it out but noticed it was stuck to the bread, which meant it was cooked with the bread I checked my other sandwich for hair and luckily there wasn't any but I lost my appetite after that.

Service was well. The cashier checked my gift card. Big parking lot in the shopping center. The restaurant smells like bread. Ordered the 4 Italian Meat sandwich. Came out to $14.99. The pepperoni was very flavorful, had a nice saltiness to it, but also slightly over powering. Got myself mayo, garlic herb sauce, tomato, jalapenos were good and spicy.

Got there on a Friday at 6:30pm. There were two people working the counter, a line of people to order and 3 people waiting for their mobile order. I can tell they were behind on the mobile orders which means one person had to fill the mobile orders leaving just one person to handle the crowd. I walked out and went to Waba Grill next door.

Best customer service of all time! Your worker David was the best and gave amazing customer service this morning. He was very polite and greeted my gf and I soon as we walked in that door. All though the store was low on supplies he was very apologetic and made up for it with grade A service. David was all by himself when we came in was still able to make our sandwiches quickly. This is the type of person that you want to give a raise to. You know you have a good worker when I'm talking time out of my day to write a good review on him. Overall I had a great experience and that was all thanks to David.

Poor customer service and dirty fountain drink station. This place has to step up it's game! I'd rather go to Jersey Mike's because this place is no Bueno. Only came in because of a last minute decision.

Ordered online gave us the time, we were there 2 minutes before the time, we waited for a long time before the lady told us they had to redo the order and then waited even more. They could've at least offered us a free cookie for having to wait so long and to top it off when we got home, they weren't even prepared right!

The service at this subway stinks never going back … some girl with tattoos on her arms that works there has the worst personality and customer service … she looks like she has Down syndrome, she’s crazy BEWARE when you go there she’s psycho. 1 star is definitely to much there service is like minus-10 stars
